Store and pull reports for guest allergies
We need a way to notate guest allergies in their profiles and pull reports. At minimum, we need a way to be able to pull a PRINTABLE report that includes reservation notes, where we are currently noting allergies for our kitchen and housekeeping staff. This is vital to operations for our property and for our kitchen specifically. Our chef currently has no way to efficiently and effectively pull guest food allergies directly from Mews when he is writing the breakfast menu. We are forced to use a separate system which, naturally, causes food allergies to occasionally fall through the cracks and result in negative feedback and potential revenue loss.

Dietary information is collected via kiosk but is not visable on any reporting.
Without visibility in reporting, staff may miss important allergies or dietary restrictions when preparing or serving food. Teams are then forced to manually check individual customer profiles, which is inefficient and unreliable.
It also makes it difficult to share important customer requirements across shifts and departments. This impacts both customer experience and operational consistency.
If dietary information is considered essential enough to collect at kiosk level, it should also be accessible through reporting so teams can review and communicate it effectively each day.

Die Gäste geben ihre Ernährungsgewohnheiten direkt beim Check-in ein bzw. sind bereits von einem alten Aufenthalt hinterlegt. Diese müssen zwingend für alle Personen in Aleno auftauchen bzw. dass man sich auch eine Liste mit allen anreisenden Personen ziehen kann, wo man diese Informationen findet. Dies ist für unsere Küche wichtig, damit alles korrekt laufen kann.

If we are providing the option to add dietary restrictions to the guest profile, this should also be visible in a report (e.g. the Guest In House Report).

The guest profile has a field for dietary requirements. This will show up in MEWS POS, but for properties that don't use MEWS POS this info is not shown anywhere ( only in the guest profile, but there isn't even a notification that it's filled out). It would be very useful for our conference centre kitchen, if there would be a report that shows the dietary requirements for a specific group/reservation, so for example our cooks know how many vegetarians are in a specific group, and they can pull this info from MEWS, instead of the back office having to provide that information every time.

We have an urgent need to make the guest able to tell us if they have any allergies or special needs within the booking situation. Even more important is to get this information to the restaurant and kitchen via reports .

as a hack until Mews provides a list.
You can use the housekeeping list with guest- or reservation notifications. Very annoying because of the layout, but you get the necessary information including a poorly designed printout :-P
