This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. This would be so helpful for us!! Our operations and guest experience would be so much smoother if tasks were automatically assigned to a specified department when a product is added!

This is vital to streamlining f&b operations for us! It would be a massive breakthrough for our business if a task could be automatically assigned to a specific department (f&b or front desk) whenever a product is added to a reservation!!

I'm happy to share that this initiative is currently on our roadmap.
We'll surface the cancellation & payment policies across the reservation domain in these areas:
- Reservation screen
- Reservation module across key tabs
- Availability blocks
Keep an eye on a future release note and be ready to access the policies at the right place at the right time!

Our breakfast chef has NO way to pull a report for guest allergies. Any notes that do contain allergies don't print them out with out cutting the notes off. Exporting to a spreadsheet is time consuming and inefficient. It is ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL for our chef to be able to quickly and easily pull this information on a weekly basis so he can write the menu. With all of the reports that Mews makes available, why is there no way for him to do this??

It would save our breakfast chef a lot of time to be able to export reports automatically to PDF. The spreadsheet versions are not helpful and they are time consuming to edit.

THIS IS SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO CRITICAL TO OUR BUSINESS WE NEED THIS IMPLEMENTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!! We are a small, unique, world famous and very small bed & breakfast with a limited space. Because of this, we have multiple restrictions in place. It is an absolute headache to approve a single night stay instead of our normal 2-night minimum. We have had to create hundreds of restrictions in the Mews booking engine just to accommodate 2 booking rules that we have in place. None of us have ever worked with any type of management software in any workplace where employees or at least managers do not have the power to override the rules of the system. It's mind blowing how any hotel can operate with a system that doesn't even give the General Manager the power to override the booking rules that any overnight guest must follow. This inflexibility creates a stoppage for our business and loses us a lot of revenue. If we had known that this wouldn't be an option we may have gone in another direction because an override capability is ESSENTIAL for us to operate and generate maximum revenue.

Options and restrictions for products would massively improve operational challenges at the bed and breakfast I help manage. Each would be key in streamlining processes and improving our guest experience.
