    the WIKI doesnt show every template and some templates are even wrong:
    {detailsHtml} contains the requested room category

    {reservationDetailsHtml} contains the room category where the reservation is booked into. It can be an upgrade, but I don't want to confirm a "temporary" upgrade to the guest.

    it's a big error, mews must change asap

    und am besten gleich zwei Abfragen für Privatadresse UND FIrmenanschrift... was ich am Tag so an Zeit verplempere mit ändern von Adressen für Firmenreisende........ das schafft heute jeder 08/15 webshop... zwei Adressen abzufragen.....

    we use a keybox for late check ins and have companies that use one box-# for all late arrivals per day. The keybox code does not change for that company (many frequent guests). It is mentioned in the confirmation email. For us first time guests, it would mean, that the guest does not receive the keybox code IF the PA doesn't forward the original confirmation. I understand your point, we also have the case you describe.....but prefer it as it is.... or there is another solution mews can provide

    that would mean, someone could accidently downgrade a reservation! why would I want that to be done "quickly" ?
