Kiosk App Update Timing
Update Timing Kiosk App: it would be very helpful to have a way of being able to determine the period in which the kiosk app receives its update? Since we have been using the app, it has repeatedly happened that the app receives an update just when guests have arrived and are waiting to be checked in. The update takes time which the guests do not have. Require a valid CC on file
Require a valid CC on file in order to allow a reservation to become guaranteed. Reservations taken by phone / email / in-person don't currently require a credit card on file. A front desk agent can select "Cash" or some other form of payment for a reservation.

Add Booker's Name and/or Company Name to Confirmation Email sent to the team
This would be especially useful for reservations for which there is no Travel Agency involved.

Copy a task to multiple reservations
When adding multiple reservations to one guest profile, it would be beneficial to copy paste all the tasks to the other reservations. Therefore, it would be beneficial to add more reservations to one task or an option to copy and paste a task.

Dropthrough when having multiple reservations in one profile
With the new group option you have the possibility to add multiple reservations to one profile. However when you add a big group of rooms in multiple reservations (think about tour bookings, same date 20+ rooms) in one profile, you see many reservations in your right screen (manage). It would be more clear if you create a drop-through per reservation date, so you do not see all the seperate reservations and rooms. Meaning that you will see all the reservations below eachother instead of also seeing all the rooms under the date. In this way you have a better overview…

Specific guest profile information
Some regular guests have fixed specific request they always need: bath, low floor, diabetic, …
At this moment we can put this in the profile of the guest ‘intern information’.
Problem is when we’re making a new reservations we don’t see this information automatically.
We’re obliged to go to the profile of the guests and then to have a look in the submenu ‘intern information’.
Is there no other option to see this automatically in notifications, or somewhere else, so we don’t have to check for every new reservation if the guests has intern information?6 votesHello from the Mews product team. Ability to check directly via the reservation if a mail has already been sent
It would be easier if we could directly see via the reservation if emails of confirmation, facture sent, ... has been already sent and even if the delivery has failed.

Check In > Co Commander
When you scan a ID-Card or a passport, the system has a problem reading the date the card expires - especially if it expires somewhere around the years 2010 - 2030. The system alway reads 1910 - 1920?!

Turn off emails sent to Booking reservations
It would be great to be able to turn off auto emails from Mews to the reservations made via our direct connection with Booking. The guests receive these emails, thinking they are from Booking, which confuses them.

I would like to customize the check-out message on the kiosk.

customer profile report filter
at the "arriving customer profile" and "in house customer profile" reports the possibility set filters is missing on the browser view.
So ther is no possibility just to show customers with missing information, or just with missing the date of birth, or just the adress, just the E-Mail address or so on.

Customer profiles reports E-Mail address
at the "arriving customer profile" and "in house customer profile" reports the E-Mail address is missing on the browser view.
This view is used from reservation and reception to ensure that the profiles are completed.

Booking engine for service product
Client should create his profil and book himself services products in a drop down list (that we have preselected and not all service product) and pay with credit card.
I would like a booking engine only on profil to sell vouchers and not room.
Example : Mrs Alexandra Button want to offer a voucher to your sister and she want to select one or more service product gift voucher and pay the total amount. Confirmation letters
When sending a confirmation to a booker, the name of the guest does not appear on the confirmation letter but only the reservation number. This does not look professional at all and we receive many complaints by our guests. They feel like they are a number and not a guest.
