  2. In order to better manage / reconcile: External Payments (domestic payment cards/cc, e.g.) and Commissions Payable - flexibility to set 'Automatically Create an Accounts Receivable entry' would add value to Accounting teams worldwide.

  3. At the moment, it is not possible to merge two companies together where both of the companies have a Travel Agency Contract attached.

    It would be great to allow this merge without having to remove the TA contract first.

  4. We are a small events venue with 22 guest rooms. When we get a wedding room block it is almost always for all rooms on property. When setting up a block, we add all 22 room categories one by one. We would really love it if there was a bulk add option all space categories to the block. Also helpful if there was a way to then allocate all available rooms in a category and not click on each category to adjust the number of spaces held.

  5. When allocating room numbers to employees it is not possible to see if a room is already allocated to another employee. Most days our houskeeping manager devides about 100 room, and its easy to miss that you have allready allcoted the room. It also dose that she acually prints out the list, marks the rooms on paper, and then allocate the rooms in MEWS operations.

    Rooms should be marked/flaged when assigned to make it easier.

  6. Add an option to filter which type of notes are shown in reports. An use case would be the "Room Status" report with only housekeeping notes (For the housekeeping obviously).

    For example for the "Guests in House" report you have an option to toggle products and then a separate option for refining wich products are shown.

    Similar there is already an option to toggle notes (guest notes to be specific). Just add an additional option for choosing wich note classifications should be shown.

  7. After restoring a cancelled booking the status is automatically "Confirmed" and there is no possibility to change it.

    It would be very useful to have the possibility to choose the status (Confirmed/Optional/Inquiry) to which the booking should be restored.

    Specially for group tentative/optional bookings which have been cancelled after the option date and need to be restored because the guest is still interested, but the booking is not confirmed yet.

  8. When potential clients are choosing to confirm a reservation via Optional booking quote, they are not directed to input thier credit card. They have to search for this feature. The PMS does not require a credit card to confirm these reservations leaving more follow up work on operations and creates confusion for the guest. Autofill the guests credit card to confirm the reservation would alleaviate a lot of head aches.

  9. Optional reservations should not be confirmable without adding a credit card as guarantee, Big corporations cannot have control of reservations that the clients were able to confirm without a credit card as guarantee this can cause lots of no shows and issues.

  10. Moving unpaid items from one bill A to another bill/ customer bill B is often not possible. We have to add a new bill C, and move bill A and B to bill C and end up with lots of empty bills that can not be deleted.

    Empty bills should always be deleted automatically after moving the items.

  11. Nous utilisons actuellement room check in (HOPR) et nous avons des textes et photos afin que nos employés d'entretien ménager puissent voir les standards des unités avant de faire les ménages. nous aimerions faire la même chose dans Mews.
    We currently use room check in (HOPR) and we have texts and photos so that our housekeeping employees can see the standards of the units before cleaning. we would like to do the same in Mews.

If you're searching for a company but the company doesn't exist in the system, usually there is an option to 'add new company' but this option doesn't exist when searching in the company field of the the guest profile for some reason. This would be super handy and avoid a lot of extra clicks.

  13. Could there be an option to automatically send the invoices after issuing them? The same option exists with normal bills, and it would be great as sometimes people forget and then we are waiting for our money.

  14. The customer want to be able to apply different value on Extra occupancy adjustment and age category on different period
    . Example, the child and teen are not the same value on high and low season.

  15. You should be able to make changes to a reservation after the bill has been closed. This would just create a new separate bill with the extra charge/credit.

  16. It would be very useful for us to be able to see the trends for when people arrive for breakfast on different weekdays/times of year, to see when and where we should most efficiently use our staff.

    Therefore it would be nice if it was possible to filter the product report in such a way that you can view which products are "checked" at which times on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

    Similar to (or the same as) how we check when most people check in and out in the Activity Report.

  18. When a guest has already booked its room, they might add extra services prearrival. At the moment these services are added to the booking, we would love if Mews could take the payment directly. At this moment, we can only configurate automatic payments for room and breakfast, nothing else.

  19. Add ability to manager employee supervisor in MMP. This would be helpful for the new Mews University reporting, etc. currently it seems we still have to manage the supervisor settings at the property level. this makes it harder for managing corporate or multi property staff.
