  4. Using the accounting ledger, accountants can view any outstanding bills or payments that must be collected. However, as these are connected to guest profiles, this does not help to identify debts for company or travel agencies, which are not as easily available in Mews. By adding an additional mode to our accounting ledger, you could easily view all outstanding invoices sorted by the company to which it was issued. Additionally, this would show how long each payment has been overdue and how much each company owes.

  14. The Mews guests in house report is an extremely useful tool to check all customer data for guests that are currently in house. This snapshot of customer data can help managers quickly gather important details, although some additional fields could be helpful for guest analysis as well. For example, customer classifications and customer nationality details could both provide further valuable insight for quick data analysis of customers.

  16. Hi There, Many hotels are struggeling daily with excel sheet to keep track of their "gift vouchers", would be nice if we can implement this into Mews. Ideally with; Number/code, value, expiry date.

  18. Sometimes reporting issues for repair can be difficult to describe to your maintenance teams. However,we all know that pictures are worth a thousand words. Therefore,for clarification, adding photos to your Space Status report could help all departments communicate more efficiently, as you can report problems more accurately using visual cues.

  20. In addition to fixed price adjustment, many properties would prefer to use a relative adjustment field, which would be used to adjust prices based on extra or empty beds. This setting could allow revenue managers more flexibility as they decide on pricing for each space or space category, particularly in case the number of guests does not exactly match the number of beds in the chosen space type.
