  2. Add customer data to Product Report

    The product report does offer the opportunity to have the details. It would be really good to have a detailled report to know who exactly booked breakfsat or other products in order for FrontDesk to organize everything. The current solution using "In House Report" is not very handly.

  10. Add group T&Cs to reservation summary

    The ideas around the reservation summary is a good start, but we would like to also attach group T&C's as reference when guests sign and check in. some of the detail required.

    Thank you for your suggestions and feedback. We are currently researching improvements to group functionality and have updated this request as one to be upvoted by the Mews community.

    We would like to know if you would be referencing the T&C for your staff in group summary, or if you would be adding this information to a registration card/ confirmation email for your guests?

  20. Add new fields to Guests in House Report

    The Mews guests in house report is an extremely useful tool to check all customer data for guests that are currently in house. This snapshot of customer data can help managers quickly gather important details, although some additional fields could be helpful for guest analysis as well. For example, customer classifications and customer nationality details could both provide further valuable insight for quick data analysis of customers.
