When viewing over 2 weeks of occupancy and you scroll right, the name of the categories disappear. Keep it frozen so you never loose sight of what category you are looking at.

balance excluding future items
Reservation Report and Guest in House reports show balances including future reservations. It would be good to have an option so the balance related to the reservation itself.

Slide bar always in screen
Is there any opportunity in the rate management, availability and occupancy screens to always keep the slide bar at the bottom in your screen. Often you wish to slide through the screen, reviewing the top of the screen which simply is impossible.

Add attachment to emails being sent from Mews
Possibility to add attachments to emails before sending to guest/company. For example POS ticket which shows what a guest or group has consumed in the restaurant

Take over the detailed subscription in rebate invoices from original invoice
When rebate an invoice it says on all lines "Additional expense (Additional expense rebate Bill ....) It is not possible to send a new changed invoice to customer with detailed information like: roomstay, citytax, breakfast.

Open Accounts easier and better functioning
At the moment when looking at open accounts it shows all of the open accounts for people past, present and future.
It makes it extremely hard to check what open accounts we have now when having future bookings associated with this list. I would really like it if mews would take future bookings out of this list so it makes it easier for users and hotels.

OOS on main screen
In the previous version OOS-rooms
Main screen/overview doesn't show the reason why OOS-rooms are OOS. In the previous version, staff could see whey a room was OOS and could anticipate instantly. Now they have to open the room to see, and that creates errors, especially as you then open the page in which they can make changes, rather than only consult.9 votesHello all,

I need a report that shows me the cash payments in a day and what the items they were charged against

Als gasten zelf hun optionele boeking definitief maken krijgen wij hier geen melding van.
Maar wij moeten hier soms nog acties op ondernemen zoals bijvoorbeeld een diner inboeken als ze een arrangement gereserveerd hebben.

Place multiple space categories ooo or house use at the same time.

Space Category Ordering
Some categories we have are on the same level of ordering (or there is no exact ordering) which is tricky to manage in Mews as there always has to be an orden. E.g. in case of a room move to a different category (on the same level) it would actually not be an "upgrade" or "downgrade". Which makes it hard with the setup of a diffusive strategy

Ability to update full reservation price, not average/per night ADR
When updating reservation price it would be useful to be able to input full reservation price and not have to calculate average or nightly ADR. This is an unnecessary extra step which is both time consuming (especially for longer reservations) and not always accurate as adr sometimes needs to be adjusted for 1 night to get to the correct total number, the average doesn´t always work due to rounding.

Automate payments by booking
Booking, have 2 options to receive the payments, the VIRTUAL CARD and the WIRE TRANSFER, for this second option we need a feature to add the prepayment to the reservation in the PMS automatically. Now, actually I need to check and add this payment manually.

Do not count the main guest as a companion, as the amount of companions will be higher than the main guest when running statistics reports.

hide restricted rates in commander reservation screen
It would be much more comfortable if there were only available rates in the rate selection of the reservation screen. especially if the rate should not apply to the space category.
