Add colour to reservations when they change arrival date due to Corona virus! visible in timeline ?
Due to the Corona virus we offer all our guests a new arrival date in the future . We want to add a color to these reservations to make it more visible for us . What do u think ?

delete multiple restrictions
It would be useful to be able to delete multiple restrictions at one go. i.e. Delete all restrictions created on x date. Going into each restriction and deleting one by one is very long-winded.

Implement Timeline style arrows in the top left corner of the Reservation overview report for easy maneuvering between nearby dates.

space allotting to the housekeeper
make it easy for house keeper by just giving data the check out or the stay which makes them feel more comfortable and the paper looks nice and clean as housekeepers do not need the name of the guest.

translation option in commander app so that front desk can communicate to staff in their native language
When receiving a message in commander app option should be available to display message as a translation ... eg message sent in english might display an option to show as a translation to a preselected language in the settings. Click on a "translate from english to X language" button and that will display as X language using google translate.

Order spaces within the Space category
Order spaces within the Space category in the timeline.
At the moment, we can't order bedrooms as we wish in the timeline.
Depending on the location of the bedroom in the building, it makes more sense to have it in a certain order.

POSSIBILITY TO ADD INFORMATION IN THE INVOICE
The PMS should have the option to add in the invoice more information needed by the accountancy department. We need to appear the name of the travel agency or the name of the apartment on the top right hand side of the invoice where it's shown the guest name, company, issue date, etc... but we don't have that facility.

Rates limit in a voucher
At the moment there is a limit of a maximum of 20 rates assignable to a voucher. We would like to increase that number as we have travel agencies such as SynXis requiring more than 20 rates.

Automatic charging of first night and only products of the first night
At the moment: it is only possible to charge 1 night for accommodation automatically. It is not possible to charge the products for just the first night only, when you have products with a reservation, it will charge all of them. So a great new feature with be to automatically charge the products of the first night instead of all the products

% visualisation on booking window
On the booking window graph - is it possible to get this data by % rather than revenue amounts? eg - I want to see what % of all my bookings fall with the 1-6 day window, its hard to get an accurate picture with the revenue

Breakdown of quotation (detailed quotation)
When a guest ask for a quotation with different kind of product (night, breakfast, lunch, dinner, pic nic……) it would be great to have the complete breakdown with each product clearly identified.
Currently, Mews does not offer the possibility to identify products and offer the total amount without any detail.

I ve closed out say 1st January 2021. FO team still have amended a few existing bookings from 1st Feb to 1st January which is closed.

Created vs consumed
Would be great if there was an option to not display the created date on the invoice but the consumed date instead.

Past Restrictions Report
Being able to run a report on all restrictions whether currently in place or historic / deleted would be useful to be able to see which team member placed a restriction, when it was placed for and which rate plan would be useful for when pulling together a case study where you need to show the historic data.

prepaid reservation
we need to make changes on the prepaid reservation registration form and make it something like not displaying the rates to guest which should be by default because it brings lot of questions in the mind of guest espcecially prepaud reservations from expedia and jcb

Include invoice into payment e-mail
When a payment is successful, than the guest receives an e-mail to inform him. Many of them than request the invoice for that amount. Please also send the concerning invoice with the e-mail together.

Email bill(s) from Check-out report
It would be good that there would be an extra column with a tick box to send emails straight from the Check-out report. Via this way a property can select multiple reservations to check-out and choose for the option to send the bill via email in the same screen (without going to the bill itself). The guest would then get checked-out, bill closed and sent to the guest at the same time without leaving the check-out report.

Restriction per room = allotment administration solution
Add possibility to restrict particular room numbers (best multiple), this tool would solve lack of allotment administration in Mews. Creating restriction per specifc rooms with maximum advance following release period and per specific rate plan following partners with allotment could work enough.
