  1. Hi I believe a report that shows all traces by room number would be very helpful for our daily operations. We have plenty of HSKneeds for individual rooms and we need a report that has all the information by room number. E.g. room 205 is allergic to feather, room 206 wants romantic turndown service and room 320 wants service everyday at noon.

    A report that contains guests name, arrival/departure dates and all necessary information described above would help a lot. It would nice to be able to print it for a range of rooms too so that you can give…

  2. Would it be possible to include items or stay products to the routing rules? We book breakfast as a separate product, however this is included to the overnight charges paid over OTA.

  4. A way to only use the Optimize Space Allocation on a selection or Rooms. Specific room types or a selection of any. Locking and unlocking half of the rooms which can't be moved multiple times a week is quite a hassle.

  5. We are migrating all our services to Azure and towards Azure Active Directory for all our users. With this in mind we are looking for information whether Mews can be federated and connected to our AAD for authentication and managing all users directly through our AD rather than managing them from within Mews?

  6. Tasks that are automatically created for bookings based on rate code, company, travel agent or rate group. For example: with a special promo including a dinner all guests need to be contacted with regards to dietary restrictions OR
    all booking that are received from HRS the CC details still need to be retrieved from the extranet eetc. etc.

  7. We close the Hotel for Christmas. I want toclose all my rooms for 3 days. But in Mews it's just possible to do that room by room. Why I don't can choose the rooms in a list. Now I make a reservation with 0 Euro for the whole Hotel. But in the statistics, it will appear as we was selling the rooms, even if the price is 0.

    The same when a client is changing to another room, you have to deparate the rooms ) but just when the client is allready check in, before i's not possible to separate…

  8. When checking in a guest in Mews it is not immediately apparent if their is a Payment Card on file unless you select the "Payment" button to see if one is present which is an extra click. If it is already there, it was a wasted click. If the card is not there, then you will need to enter the Payment Card. It would be good to see if a credit card is present or not in the reservation screen before you touch the "Check-in" button. Additionally, if there is no credit card or preauthorization on the card if Mews…

  9. A canceled reservation still appears in the guest's navigator, would it be possible to choose which of them to permanently delete?
    I offer my guests different spaces or tariffs, they choose one, and then the others end up being canceled but they are still present in their navigator, cutting it up. I wish I was able to delete the irrelevant ones.

  10. Allow in the new spacetime for multiple automated no show charging. Currently customers can only select one accounting category for no show charging. When applying multiple business types in one system (which we do already), the system should also cater for multiple no show charges.

  11. currently there is a maximum stay of 365 nights. for our business that just isn't acceptable as we regularly have people stay for several years. we would need to split the reservation which would impact on reports and give falls data and comparison figures.
    fair enough if you want to build in a warning message if you book for more than 365 nights, but do not limit a business or allow each business to set their own limit of maximum stay.

Wenn eine neune Reservierung angelegt wird, inklusive der korrekten Firma / Firmierung , dann wäre es super wenn diese Firmierung / Firma sofort im Rechnungsbildschirm auf einer Rechnung auftaucht. Aktuell muss man immer die Firma manuell auf der Rechnung eintragen obwohl man diese bereits bei der Buchung hinterlegt hat. Es wäre schön, wenn das automatisch geschieht! Danke!

  15. A Report for linen change for all stayovers (day of arival +2+2+2+2 ... except changing day = departure day) is needed so housekeeping knows in which rooms the linen needs to be changed. (Accor standard)

  16. Having the possibility to hide or not show some products on billing or quotation.
    I.E. A negative product set up as an adjusment
    -15€ dinner on accomodation revenue to have a discounted price for half-board

  19. Address in the Reservation Report should be broken down and not in one cell. It leads to the impossibility to use those data.

    My use case is as follows:

    I would like to be able to select all guests coming from specific cities/countries to be more efficient and quick when communicating (specially relevant in terms of COVID when you have a lot of cancellations coming from certain countries/cities)
