Allow custom rules to automatically apply guest classifications
It would be really useful if you could create custom rules that automatically apply guest classifications. E.g. once a guest completes 3 stays, they are marked as Important, then once they have completed 5 stays, they are marked as VIP.
Similarly, it would be great if there was also an option to retroactively these rules, e.g. Mews could identify all guests that have 3 completed stays and classifies them as Important, or if they have 5 or more it classifies them as VIP instead of important.

Be able to limit rates
We have rates with rental services included. As we only have a limited number of stand-up paddles, for example, it would be great to limit this arrangement: “this rate can only be booked 5 times per night”.
I currently have to regularly check whether the rate has been booked in order to close it manually for these nights.1 vote -
Unpaid Invoices - back to Billing Tab
Since the unpaid invoices only show in the owner's dashboard or list of Bills and Invoices, it's become a lot of more clicks to set it paid.
We have some companies and tour operators, that pay with one amount up to 40 invoices by banktransfer. When those showed in the billing, I only had to select all of the invoices, transfer them to one new bill and could close this bill with 3 clicks.
Now I have 5 clicks for each invoice, that makes with 40 bills about 140 clicks more than before and also takes a lot more time…

If a guest checks in after 00:00, even 00:01, space status does not count that night as night 1. This causes errors on when the room is cleaned. It may be an idea to push this back to 03:00 to prevent errors.

Room Availability Display During Peak Season
Dear all,
We are currently in Peak Season, and the hotel is fully booked on certain dates. However, we have noticed an issue where, despite some room categories being overbooked, the hotel remains open for new reservations. This situation should ideally not occur, or there should be an alert indicating that the hotel is fully booked, requiring validation for any overbooking.
For example:
The hotel has 15 rooms in total, divided into 3 categories (Classic, Superior, and Sea View, with 5 rooms each).

Make guest-in-house report available from mobile app
In case of a fire event, it would be beneficial to have ability to open in house report from your phone on the Mobile App, especially if reception is the place that is on fire.

Allow Next Day Visual in Mews Housekeeping App
Our Back of House staff needs the ability to see next-day activities in the Mews Operations app so that staff doesn't need to access the Mews Commander Dashboard on a laptop or phone when looking forward outside of today's operations.

Let the base rate be a real base rate for other rates instead of individual rates for each room
In the basic rate, the price adjustment for additional occupancy or negative occupancy should be individually adjustable for each room. The invoices become increasingly distorted the greater the price difference between the rooms.
The children's prices should either be adjustable as a percentage or also be adjustable per room, as the distortions here are also very strong.1 vote -
It would be helpful to see in a snapshot the rates of each room along with its restrictions and be able to modify easily those MLOS and rat
It woudl be very helpful if we could visualize the calendar of availability along with the rates published and be able to see the MLOS restrictions and be able to modify these individually with 1 click.

Out of Order- Zeit ändern
Der Support bat uns, hier zu notieren, dass wir gerne die Voreinstellung der Uhrzeit für die "out of order" Einstellung ändern möchten. Aktuell steht diese auf 12 Uhr und muss in jeder einzelnen Sperrung auf die gewünschte Uhrzeit geändert werden. Da das Housekeeping über die App die Anreisebuchungen aber nicht sehen kann bis "out of order" gelöscht oder durch die Uhrzeit aufgehoben wird, möchten wir die Uhrzeit generell auf 8 Uhr setzen. Wäre also toll, wenn es die Einstellung gibt und jeder diese selbst bedienen kann.

turn off "Optional" and "Inquired"
be able to turn off "Optional" and "Inquired" status for reservations. Have it be optional for a property and let the property control whether they want front desk agents to be able to access these statuses. Our property does not. It causes confusion.

Multiple payment policies for one rate group, configurable by advance date
Where properties receive a high volume of same day bookings, which they review and then either take manual payment or cancel, there should be an option to configure payment policies on rate groups by advance date. This solution would help to reduce the amount of refunds properties need to perform for these particular bookings. This is currently only possible in Mews by creating a combination of multiple policies, rates/rate groups and restrictions.
Ideal use case below where property only requires one rate and one policy

Automate Notes in Reservations
Implement a feature to automatically generate a note in a reservation when a specific rate code or company is booked. Currently, notes need to be entered manually. An automated note would be useful for including specific instructions about payment, allocation, and any other important information for the front office. This enhancement would ensure consistency and efficiency in handling reservations.

Restriction Edit always back to today while editing
While Editing Restrictions in calender mode or in List mode the view goes after saving always back to today and not to the preselected date period.

Company Classification & Icon
Is it possible to create a company classification- as is already existing in the guest classification - so as to show which company profile is linked to a voucher ? It would enable the reservation agent to view which profile to link for the corporate rate code to appear when creating a reservation for a corporate guest. It would also enable to distinct company profiles with a corporate agreement in the company search profile.

Ability to add an extra bed adjustment per space category and specific dates
It would be useful if we could set a different price for the extra bed adjustment based on the room category (without having to create different rates for it). Additionally, we would like to be able to set different prices depending on the time of the year (example: extra bed in low season can be cheaper than extra bed in high season).

Export report to PDF
It is not possible to schedule reports into a PDF in de scheduled exports.
