Although we put in rate and room description that for the 3rd guest, extra £25 will be added for the extra bed, any prepaid rate plans debit the guest for the whole stay excluding the extra bed £25 per night. The possibility to have insight in the performance of specific e-mail types, such as the "After start e-mail". From a marketing point of view it would be useful to keep track of open rates for example.

minimum stay
We would lwant a smart ristriction to have a minimum stay of 2 nights without any revenue loss of open one nights. For example: guest A books from Mo-Wed, guest B books from Fri-Sun -> Thur night will stay open due to the current possibilities in ristrictions.

when issuing a "rebate" the text rebate is given on each item line (should not be neccessary if the document type is "credit memo" (see a separate idea).

D'avoir les chambres classée par ordre croissant et non par catégorie ?
Que les chambres en recouche apparaissent différemment des chambres en blanc une couleur différente par exemple, dans un souci d’équité entre femmes de chambre ?
Et surtout est-il possible que les chambres déjà assignées n’apparaissent plus lorsque l'on veut assigner les chambres restante à d'autres femmes de chambreCordialement

Warning "Pre-authorization was made with EPT Terminal"
For a checkout, when using a pre-authorization that was made with the EPT Terminal, the only way to notice it, is the file number attached, which can be easily missed, and should be colored in red.
Also please display a pop-up:
Warning: The pre-authorization you are trying to use was made with EPT Terminal. Please make sure to use the file number and debit there before confirmation.click "OK" or "Cancel"

Workprivilege to access specific marketplace functionality (channelmanager)
We have employees who are mapping products in the marketplace channel manager integrations, however we do not want to give these colleagues admin rights. Can a workplace privilage be set for these settings in order to have access, without the need for providing admin rights

enable assigning a voucher when in the rate overview
when creating a rate (or amending it), it would be handy if you had the opportunity to see what voucher(s) the rate is linked to and more importantly that you are able to amend it there and then.
now you need to remember the long name (we have a lot of the same names "corporate rate") and hoping you pick the correct one! not very efficient use of our time.2 votes -
Have a separate cancellation policy for group reservations where multiple rooms are concerned.
Currently, if a reservation is for multiple rooms, the cancellation policy remains the same as that of the rate group for which they were booked. It would be better, and easier to mitigate the risk of losing of a multi-room reservation, if there was an option of another cancellation policy being available once a minimum number of rooms have been reserved. This would allow us to change the cancellation period, meaning that they have to provide us with more notice of cancellation.

charge various deposit amounts per space type instead of rate category
We would like to charge a deposit that reflects the amount of a booking. It could be a percentage, or a fixed amount per type accommodation. Now it is only possible to set it up per rate group, and it is a fixed amount. So a higher depoist with a booking/accommodation that is more expensive and a lower deposit with booking a Studio.

Restrict access to specific transactions per user level
Allow specific transactions to only be posted by management or have them not be visible to specific user group. For example, a discount to a dissatisfied guest or to balance out a chargeback reversal.

creation of a pack of reports to be sent in one single email
set up in the schedules a group of reports that needs to be sent to our Accounts in Head Office. He called Night Packs and has included 8 reports for each of our hotels (Ibis Budget and Ibis Red).
We have created a Night Pack set up schedule with 8 reports and it comes each report export directly and individually to our email included in the set up.My question is: Can Mews generate these reports, get them direct and sent them all into a single one email?

Stay restricition: change CTA to midnight instead of standard check-in time
At the moment CTA restrictions are applied as of check-in time (ie. 3pm 3 days prior to arrival) for channel bookings. However, mews applies this in the distributor as of midnight (ie. 3 days prior to arrival). We would need all channels and the distributor to have the setting applied at the same time (midnight), to avoid parity issues.
