    Hey all,
    not only for OOS/OOS but also for house use. Would be amazing if a range can be entered from - to which rooms should be changed in one go.

    With the rooming list import function every guest would receive an online check in link. Which does work for corporate groups paying themselves but would cause issues for groups which are paid by a CO or TA.
    We would like to seek for a solution withing configuration based on rate groups or rate codes to either request the credit card details during the online check in or not.
    We also deal with a lot of young travelers, if we request a credit card its tempting to not use their own credit card, they would enter 3rd party cards which lead us to issues with chargebacks.

    Additional to my previous comment, Its significant for us to have better visibility on how often the operator checks in a guest vs. our reception team even now in this difficult times where contactless check in is key. At the moment we can just guess how many guest really use the operator kiosk. Some statistics maybe on your new analytic tool would be amazing to see online check in vs. arrivals. Same for online check out and also operator check ins.

    I need to present a statistic regular on how many kiosk check in we had. This is impossible as this information is tracked nowhere in MEWS. To make aware on the importance to roll out the operator I need to present numbers, which I cannot at the moment.
    Not even the activity report does show the operator check in properly, as its only showing limit numbers of lines, thus there is no workaround. Thanks for getting on this please.

    This feature is important to us as we can see quickly if the registration card is saved on the profile or if we would have to look up a hard copy.
    Also we would like to know one day in advance which guest have processed on online check in, if they have not done it yet, we would like to push the online check in invite again.

    We are missing a possibility to see a report which rooms shows guest in house which moved rooms. The activity log does only show space changes which could also be allocation changes. We can not identify which of them were already checked in. But we need to see which guest have stayed in a room and moved to another for HSK to follow up.
    Maybe to add in an additional change type in the action log would do the trick already.

    Hi everyone, we know this idea was logged a long time ago and we thank you for the feedback and ideas about how to improve the system. We do keep an eye on these requests and how they're progressing and we recognise we have room to improve in terms of providing feedback.


    This idea has become a large group of different requests, so I want to clarify the intention and progress related to this. Please do reply and comment as necessary.


    We have previously made progress towards a big part of the original intent of this idea by introducing a 'Check in form' configuration in Mews Operations. You can find more details on this in our help guides here. We are not yet marking this as complete until we deliver some further enhancements to which guests the data can be configured for. We plan to share more on this…

    we see a huge issue with the actual setup in US as there are nearly no requirements on what the guest has to provide. Therefore we do not collect any information during online check in. This is not helpful in regards to guest profile quality. We need to be able to ask our guest what we believe is required. There I support this request highly. And as usual, quick would be good as well.

    Good News! It is my pleasure to announce we have started a Beta of an improvement to our search bar that will allow users, among many things, to easily find the unassigned reservations that are causing the infamous red line on the timeline!


    If this is a common need, you can even save this search as a favorite (with the star icon on the search bar) and avoid having to type it!

    I'm super unhappy with the generic pictures. In almost all locations we're in the pictures chosen is not really great. Additionally the quality of some pictures is horrible. In view city the picture is pixelated.
