Ideally on an enterprise level. Even more important to see in which of the properties the guest stayed.

An error occurred while saving the comment Claudia M. commentedAgree, during the actual situation we also struggle with the pre-defined setup within MEWS. We would like to decide ourselves how many days the room should change the status. Or we would like to have the possibility to switch that function of entirely for the hotels which are working with HSK tools.

We've got several complains from guest as its too many lines on their bill when printing the invoices, which is very confusing for our customers but also for our own team in case we have to check the bill carefully.
The way the invoice looks like at the moment is not at all as per US standards. This needs to be improved.
As Eric mentioned correctly there should be a layout style for the invoices which can be used in the US to summarize bill postings.
