    Hey there community!


    If you’re interested in rate mixing and have ~30-45 minutes for a call with us, this post is for you! We’re right now in a discovery phase researching the right solution and we would like to get your thoughts on some of our questions. We also prepared initial designs that we would like to run through you and get your feedback.

    How you can get in?

    You can fill out this very short form to provide a bit of context of who you are. We’ll be reviewing the responses daily and be reaching out to those of you, who fit our important criteria for feedback. Due to capacity reasons, we can’t talk with you all but don’t worry! There will be another round of feedback in the upcoming few months so you’ll be up to date 🤗

    Hello, for us it would be crucial as well. Is there any update? It was announced to be on the roadmap in January. It is June......

    Hello, this is a very important feature that is truly needed. It not only confuses the team, but also impacts the billing via Kiosk.

    We have a lot of loyal customers who have multiple reservations. The amount for future reservations is currently also shown in the departures list, which does not make sense at all.

    This would be more than great to have. As a wellness hotel, we have to deal with many check-ins over the weekend. Having the kiosk is very helpful to let multiple guests an option to check-in and proceed their payment already. However our housekeeping does not manage to clean all rooms in such a short amount of time (some guests already want to check-in, while the prior guest is still in the room..). Having this feature our operations could be changes significantly to the better!! Please consider it asap :))

    This is a very critical feature. The majority of our guests is very old and does not have an email address. It would make a difference to automation of our check-in process.

    Hi Mewsers,
    if you have online check-out enabled, guests receive the copy of their bill to their mailbox right after they finish online check-out. (they receive only copy of the bill which was closed by guest during the online. check-out.).

    Other bills closed via Commander are not being sent automatically to the guest yet.
