It is crucial to know how many guests and who used the Mews Kiosk and how many guests and who used the standard check-in.As this data is available in the business review, an Excel Export or access via API should be a very quick fix from your end.

Hello all,
This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. We are reducing the number of statuses to two (Idea to Upvote + Released) to help manage expectations about where each idea stands and to minimize the number of status updates required from our product teams. An error occurred while saving the comment Lukas commentedThe Mews Kiosk doesn't recognize, if a guest has some products already booked and tries to upsell these again.
For example a guest has booked a room including breakfast or has added breakfast in the online check in, the guest still is asked again to add breakfast at the checkin.
This is ridiculous, the guest thinks we are scaming them and they are confused. Sometimes breakfast is sold multile times to the guest because of this.
