Share Guest Data including Stay History between properties
To enhance guest experience and returning guest recognition it is required to share guest data between properties. This includes guest historical stays, preferences and complaints for all properties and not just the local one. Staff should then be easily recognize that this guest already stayed in another property to maintain best guest service.

Very important to have the multi property view.
To have the chain reservation overview and to share customer profiles between properties.From a customer experience perspective necessary in order to identify returning guests to the chain, to have access to their preferences and chain history.
