We've made some exciting progress in how we're thinking about introducing multiple rates within a single reservation, and we need your help!
We’d love to understand your expectations regarding the behavior around rate mixing. Right now, we’re especially looking for insights from two key roles:
- Reservation managers / front desk staff who handle reservations daily
- Revenue managers

Hi everyone, we know this idea was logged a long time ago and we thank you for the feedback and ideas about how to improve the system. We do keep an eye on these requests and how they're progressing and we recognise we have room to improve in terms of providing feedback.
This idea has become a large group of different requests, so I want to clarify the intention and progress related to this. Please do reply and comment as necessary.
We have previously made progress towards a big part of the original intent of this idea by introducing a 'Check in form' configuration in Mews Operations. You can find more details on this in our help guides here. We are not yet marking this as complete until we deliver some further enhancements to which guests the data can be configured for. Hi Mewsers,
if you have online check-out enabled, guests receive the copy of their bill to their mailbox right after they finish online check-out. (they receive only copy of the bill which was closed by guest during the online. check-out.).Other bills closed via Commander are not being sent automatically to the guest yet.

Very important to have the multi property view.
To have the chain reservation overview and to share customer profiles between properties.
From a customer experience perspective necessary in order to identify returning guests to the chain, to have access to their preferences and chain history.
