Hello. We are starting to work on better visualization of restrictions in Booking engine. We do not have estimated delivery yet, but we believe first small increments to release in April or earlier.

What a pitty that this is not upvoted more than this!
We have a lot of data that we can not use for marketing actions because the language of the guest is missing when exporting.

Hi, we can change the guests language in his profile now, but apparently, the language selected by the guest has the priority on all other variables.
This in confusing. For example we change the guests language because he seems to be speaking Dutch instead of French at reception desk. But the guest selected French first, the guest will still receive French automatic mails.
This is not logic.

It would be great to be able to change the language of the customer ourselves.
I heard that the logic of Mews is that only the guest should have control over what they set regarding their language via the Navigator.
But sometimes we make mistakes when creating a guest, and not all guest are able to change is by themselves in the Navigator (because it's a group booking or to difficult for the guest).

Hey Mewsers, Good News! We started researching and collating information about this feature request and Age-based pricing is now on our roadmap as one of our priorities for 2021.
There will be several iterations of releases throughout this year as it is a complex subject that we are tackling. Including pricing, stay products, city taxes, and many more. This is a very important tool.
For example, we have several 'special weekend menu's'.
It would be great that we could deactivate our 'normal' menu when the special weekends are running.
Or for example - brunch weekend, and no normal breakfast bookable during that weekend...
