    Thank you for your suggestion, we've recently introduced multiple sources tracking which allows reporting on multiple channels for each reservation.

    Hi everyone, we know this idea was logged a long time ago and we thank you for the feedback and ideas about how to improve the system. We do keep an eye on these requests and how they're progressing and we recognise we have room to improve in terms of providing feedback.


    This idea has become a large group of different requests, so I want to clarify the intention and progress related to this. Please do reply and comment as necessary.


    We have previously made progress towards a big part of the original intent of this idea by introducing a 'Check in form' configuration in Mews Operations. You can find more details on this in our help guides here. We are not yet marking this as complete until we deliver some further enhancements to which guests the data can be configured for. We plan to share more on this…

    To keep track of quarantine rooms at our property, we would like to see the Mews Commander showing this rooms with a small sign. The same sign / feature as the extra bed would fit perfect. Just a Letter Q or simmilar. We now have to enter each of the reservation cards to read if rooms are in quarantine or are free to enter.

    Please check with your local health authorities regarding the need for this. We are not aware of a simmilar recomandation and in our hotel, we are not putting rooms in cuaranteen for that purpose. This meisurement has not beed advicedto us as an extra good health affect. We know from OTAs and Third Party providers as AirBnb , that they have put this as ideas and secure measurements in place. Local health authorities have not requested this. Claas Mäder

    We also have Guest staying for longer Periode but figured out that making Reservations per month is more handy to our system and for the payments.
