    Dans la rubrique Assigner des chambres, serait-il possible de :
    D'avoir les chambres classée par ordre croissant et non par catégorie ?
    Que les chambres en recouche apparaissent différemment des chambres en blanc une couleur différente par exemple, dans un souci d’équité entre femmes de chambre ?
    Et surtout est-il possible que les chambres déjà assignées n’apparaissent plus lorsque l'on veut assigner les chambres restante à d'autres femmes de chambre

  2. set up in the schedules a group of reports that needs to be sent to our Accounts in Head Office. He called Night Packs and has included 8 reports for each of our hotels (Ibis Budget and Ibis Red).
    We have created a Night Pack set up schedule with 8 reports and it comes each report export directly and individually to our email included in the set up.

    My question is: Can Mews generate these reports, get them direct and sent them all into a single one email?

  3. Serait-il possible de créer un rapport permettant d'obtenir le nombre de chambres hors d'usage avec la raison de cet hors d'usage, en multi-property pour l'ensemble des établissement sur un seul rapport ?

  4. When a guest cancels a room, all products are removed on the Reservation Report so it is not possible to gauge whether the guest had a product previously. This is problematic if a process needs to be upheld when a product is cancelled (e.g. informing a third party) and it's not clear whether a reservation had the product to begin with.

  5. It would be great if we could select multiple dates or multiple months in the reports/graphs - for seasonal hotels, it is really the way we tend to anlyse performance.

Mit Eurem Report "Guest-In-House" hab ich leider ziemlich Zeitaufwand, da ich für unsere Etagenfrauen alles manuell ankreuzen muss, welche Zimmer zu reinigen sind und für den Frühstücksservice ankreuzen muss, welche Gäste abreisen oder inhouse Frühstücken kommen, da dieser Report die Zimmer durchmischt nach An-Abreise und Bleibende aufgeführt.
    Uebersichtlicher wäre ein Report wo alle Anreisen, alle Abreisen und alle Bleibenden Gäste auf einem Report unterteilt aufgeführt sind, so wie ich das von base7 kenne. Ich bin überrascht, das so ein Report bei Mews nicht existiert und das erschwert uns erheblich das Arbeiten!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. Currently only manually added notes are shown in the reservations overview report. Please add the functionality that also the notes are shown that came with channel manager reservations.

    I was adviced to manually add the same note from the channel manager which unnecessary and error prone work not to be done manually. This should work automatically.

  9. It would great to be able to see a report on products, to see how there are booked. In upselling on the OCI, it would be nice to see if people are adding products to their stay during this process, in-order to see if its working or not.

  10. Properties would like to have an Upsell Report that shows when a room is upsold and if there was incremental revenue or change of rate. Would like to see original rate and new rate on the report. Front Desk has incentive programs based upon number of Upsell and would like to be able to track this in Mews by User.

  12. Currently it is only possible to generate customer profiles of all customers within a chain. The option to be able to split this between the different locations should be implemented as soon as possible.

  13. I would like to print a report of arrivals from the past which shows the guests ACTUAL check in time. Any report I produce shows the general 3pm arrival time but not the actual time the check in was performed on the system.

  14. Currently reservations that are cancelled partly are still counted full in the total room nights in the Reservations Report.

    However the total rooms revenue is only confirmed and optional revenue (with filter confirmed, optional, checked in, checked out selected).

    It would be more clear if the calculations are the same. In my opinion cancelled nights shouldn't be counted if not selected in the filter.

  15. When clicking on Occupancy, and then hovering the cursor over the various cells, there's lots of information show (which is great!)

    It shows the Average Daily Rate, but would it be possible to also have displayed what the Total Room Revenue is too? e.g. ADR $200.00 x 38 rooms = $7,600.00.

  17. I would like to be able to run a report of unassigned (unblocked) rooms with date so that I can locate them quickly on the timeline. (& block them)

  18. In Mews Analytics you now have the ability to save default view. However, in the same screen some properties are using multiple views and have to change the filter settings each time. It would be good to have the ability to have multiple favorite views of reports and not just one per screen.

  19. Include room nights OTB not only the OCC in the Manager Analytics YoY details and also include the Pickup made the last -1 day, -3 days, -7 days, -14 days, -30days by using filters.

  20. In Mews analytics credit card reporting, please include the settlement Id so we can have a singular report to reference across our payouts from all the properties in our chain daily.
