Check in times on Past Arrival reports
I would like to print a report of arrivals from the past which shows the guests ACTUAL check in time. Any report I produce shows the general 3pm arrival time but not the actual time the check in was performed on the system.

Reservation Report - don't count cancelled rooms when not filtered on cancelled
Currently reservations that are cancelled partly are still counted full in the total room nights in the Reservations Report.
However the total rooms revenue is only confirmed and optional revenue (with filter confirmed, optional, checked in, checked out selected).
It would be more clear if the calculations are the same. In my opinion cancelled nights shouldn't be counted if not selected in the filter.

Occupancy - Display Total Room Revenue
When clicking on Occupancy, and then hovering the cursor over the various cells, there's lots of information show (which is great!)
It shows the Average Daily Rate, but would it be possible to also have displayed what the Total Room Revenue is too? e.g. ADR $200.00 x 38 rooms = $7,600.00.

Report of unblocked rooms
I would like to be able to run a report of unassigned (unblocked) rooms with date so that I can locate them quickly on the timeline. (& block them)

Mews Analytics - Ability to Save Multiple Views with Filters of the same screen instead of just one default view.
In Mews Analytics you now have the ability to save default view. However, in the same screen some properties are using multiple views and have to change the filter settings each time. It would be good to have the ability to have multiple favorite views of reports and not just one per screen.

Mews Analytics: Include room nights OTB and pickup in the Manager Analytics YoY details
Include room nights OTB not only the OCC in the Manager Analytics YoY details and also include the Pickup made the last -1 day, -3 days, -7 days, -14 days, -30days by using filters.

Include SettlementId in the Credit Card fee reporting in Mews Analytics.
In Mews analytics credit card reporting, please include the settlement Id so we can have a singular report to reference across our payouts from all the properties in our chain daily.

customise / edit the mews home page
All departments use different reports and different functions, it would be ideal and save time, if we were able to pin the reports that each person uses or functions to the home screen for each property.
The advantage is that you can save time going through several drop down menus. as an example I use the Merchant Balance everyday and have to use go through the drop down menu every time.

Be able to pull a report by rate plan, by date, by segment and if you have multiple properties by property.

Show pickup by created time, not just date
I would like to see what my pickup was at a specific reservation creation time not just date. This allows me to see what was on the books yesterday rather than just today.

default fiscal year dates to analytics
Where the hotel or group has a fiscal period that is not a calendar year it would be nice to be able to set to the filter dates to default to the fiscal period.

Mews analytics : default hotel in a chain
When you have a chain of hotels you always see the data of the entire chain first, which makes it unnessarary slow. Maybe default the hotel choosen? Or make it an option per employee/ Eg. the ceo of the chain will want to see them all, but the general manager of hotel x, will by default want to see his own hotel.

Filter "day of the week"
It would be helpful to create a "day of the week" filter (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) that we could, for example, add to the ADR panel and thus compare the ADR during the week (Sunday to Thursday) with the weekend ADR (Friday and Saturday). This data is required by the INE (in Spain), and currently we unfortunately have to calculate it manually.

Add reservation notes as a column in BI Multi-property Arrival Reports
Allow Reservation Notes to be added as a column in Mews Business Intelligence arrival reports/checklists. This would allow operational teams to review important booking information directly from the arrival checklist without opening each reservation individually - especially if parking and towels have been added. This is usually listed under the Properties/notes tab in each booking, but for group arrival checks, it's time consuming having to check each booking.

Would be nice to be able to:

Pace Report Year Over Year Data Break
The current pace report breaks once the look back period is over 1 year. The ability to compare current on-the-books rooms and revenue for a future stay period against the same-time-last-year on-the-books position is a standard hotel reporting need. It is used for forecasting, pricing decisions, sales strategy, budgeting, ownership reporting, and day-to-day revenue management.
The challenge is that, without historical OTB snapshot logic or a reliable way to recreate it in BI, we cannot accurately answer a very basic question:
“What did we have on the books for this same future period at this same point last year?”

For MEWS Bi, Currently, when a report is scheduled as a PDF, it is always exported in portrait orientation, regardless of the table size. The PDF export should automatically adapt to the table layout and switch to landscape mode when the table is wider (for example, when there are many columns). This would ensure better readability and a more user-friendly report format.

To better segment the travel agency markets, we need to know their country of residence. Customers' addresses are not representative, because an agent living in London could very well book trips for guests living in the U.S.
