  1. I need a report in Mews BI that collects all the necessary data for “Stay records” for GHA Loyalty Program. I can’t find data related to the loyalty program in Mews BI. I need data from the Loyalty section for Guest Profile Loyalty data (program, membership number, points, tier) that lives on the guest profile / loyalty membership objects, but it is not exposed in the standard Mews BI model or dashboards, including Stay records.
    So you cannot add directly from Mews BI into your Stay records report the loyalty program.
    Please, add:
    - Membership number
    - Points
    - Tier

  2. Forecast data from Atomize is readily available within Mews, so it should be relatively straightforward to present this in a more visual format in Mews BI.

    This would enable users to incorporate these visuals directly into their reports, adding greater clarity and usability.

    In my view, forward-looking data is at least as important as historical data, if not more so, when it comes to supporting informed decision-making.

  3. We need a block production report with all block details. Current block reports are reservations/rate code based. We need a block report that shows true block production and also to know how many rooms, how much room revenue, and at what sell rates we are holding out of inventory.

  4. It would be good if Mews Excel reports came in with formulas (for example sum) instead of data dumps we receive now. If we make any changes we have to make sure to update all the totals, otherwise the report is useless.

Currently, the “Vacant or departed” filter in the Space Status report relies on the planned arrival time on the Properties tab, so rooms with guests already checked in can still appear as vacant until that planned time. This is confusing for front office and housekeeping who use the report as a real‑time occupancy view. Please consider an update to the logic so that this filter is based on the actual check‑in/occupancy status (or automatically syncs the planned arrival to the actual check‑in time), ensuring that once a guest is checked in, their room no longer appears as vacant.

  6. We propose enhancing the Guest Ledger report to retain selected filters and view settings when users navigate within the system.

    Specifically, users should be able to:

    Generate a Guest Ledger report using selected filters

    Navigate to a guest’s or company’s billing

    Close an invoice and then:

    Click “back” and return to the Guest Ledger with the same filters and view preserved

    Currently, the report resets, requiring users to reopen it and re-enter all filters. This improvement will save time, reduce frustration, and create a more efficient workflow — especially for staff handling high volumes of invoices daily.

  7. Connect ClickUp with Mews Business Intelligence to create a live sales performance dashboard that reflects real time CRM activity and confirmed revenue. Sales tasks in ClickUp can be filtered by status such as Hot Lead, Proposal Sent, Closing Soon, or Closed Won. Once a deal is marked as closed in ClickUp, the data flows into Mews BI to reflect total sales pickup, revenue pace, and conversion trends.

    This integration would allow the team to:

    • Track total Sales Closed versus pipeline value directly inside Mews
    • Monitor Hot Closing opportunities and expected pickup for upcoming periods

  8. There is no need to have three different types of reports (Consumed, Closed and/ or created). all reports should have the same information presented in the same way. There is also no need to have Gross Value, Net Value, or Tax Value on the Managers Report. All Reports should be consistent and have all the same information. Or Better Yet just make a DEFAULT REPORT for accounting purposes that have all the numbers match. REVENUE, TAXES, ADR, Occupancy, etc. Having all these different options i guess is fine, but the GAAP should be the DEFAULT or Standard reporting.

  9. Inspected TWIN - be able to highlight that a room has been set as a twin. Zip-link beds can be either king or twin but no discernible way to identify that the room has been set as a twin.

  10. The old reservation report shows Grouped by arrival date easily with all dates open. New reservation report collapses the reservations with this grouping under each arrival date so that you need to click open each date separately to see the reservations. This is used daily to check through what has come in and the automatic collapsing adds unnecessary clicks to the daily process. Either update New reservation report to not auto-collapse when chosen Group by or keep the old reservation report active.

  11. It would be nice to have more interesting data in the reports - namely the average length of stay. Cherry on top: having it as a discriminant in order to compare average length of stay between sources, segments, age groups... Just a thought. 'Casue even the Extranet from Booking.com can tell me that much - but not my PMS? Ahi ahi ahi...

    Nous aurions besoin de rajouter un métrique concernant l'adresse agence de voyage/agent de voyage afin d'analyser nos différents marchés.
    L'adresse du client aujourd'hui ne nous permet pas de le faire puisque certains de nos agents réservent pour des clients sur d'autres continents/pays.

    Cela est handicapant pour notre analyse quotidienne.

  15. Out of Order rooms should not impact the available rooms and occupancy %. Using House Use instead of Out of Order does not accurately reflect the traditional use of the term.

  16. in dem Donat Gäste- Bericht:

    Exeltabelle:

    dieser Liste wäre in Ordnung aber da in der Spalte C erst die anzahl der Personen im Zimmer und dann noch das An und Abreisedatum ist kann man sie nicht ordnen.
    Es wäre sicher ein einfaches die 2 Sachen auseinander zu nehmen und die Liste neu aufzubauen:
    Spalte A Name; Spalte B Zimmernummer; Spalte C An und Abreisedatum; Spalte D Personen im Zimmer: Spalte E Notitzen und so weiter
    Dann kann man für kleine Häuser auch eine Liste ausdrucken die man den Mitarbeiter mit an die Hand geben kann.

  17. When you open the availability & occupancy report, it only shows the base price for each rate. If all rates share the same base price and differ only by the products defined in the product rule, the report does not provide useful information. It would be more helpful if the report displayed the full rate price, including the associated products.

It would be extremely helpful to have within the Manager Analytics - Daily, a filter option that allows counting all occupied spaces based on the bed capacity of the space (bed/room/private space) rather than counting rooms/private spaces as single units. For example, a room for 6 to be reported as 6 occupied units instead of 1.

  20. Current Behavior:

    • Registration cards can be printed, but the print order does not reflect the sequence configured in Mews.
    • Each guest and companion currently receives separate registration cards, even when they share the same room.

    Problem:

    • The print logic ignores the user-defined order, likely due to a static sort or default template behavior.
    • Printing separate cards for guests and companions increases paper usage and operational overhead.

    Proposed Solution:

    1. Ordering Logic: Update the print functionality to dynamically apply the configured order from registration card settings when generating print jobs.
