  1. The "customer insights" data Mews gathers at the customer profile level should be reported in one place so clients can make use of the stats to create promotions or programs to incentivize their guests.

    Stay Frequency Analysis: Number of stays per customer within a selected period.
    Revenue Contribution: Total spend per customer (room + POS).
    Visit Patterns: Average length of stay, seasonal trends.
    Engagement Metrics: Use of amenities, special requests, or participation in promotions.

  2. Currently, you can filter out the report by specific Service or Accounting Categories for the revenue portion.

    However, we cannot filter out Payments "associated" and recorded for that specific revenue. Especially if we are looking at specific POS Room Charge Revenue that is posted on the rooms.

    It would be useful to be able to do so for further analysis.

  4. A report that is exportable and can be filtered to display all space/room changes at different stages of the reservation, especially for Confirmed and Checked-in.

    **The Action Log displays space changes but does not allow the user to define reservation state.

  5. Mews braucht dringend eine Schnittstelle für die Meldung der monatlich erforderlichen Beherbergungsstatistik. JEDES Hotel in Deutschland muss diese Meldung monatlich einreichen. Warum gibt es in Mews weder eine Schnittstelle für e-Statistik.core noch einen passenden Report, der auf dem Portal importiert werden kann.
    Aktuell muss ich die Daten manuell in einem Formular auf IDEV eingeben. Bitte handelt schnell um diese unnötige Arbeit zu automatisieren bzw. zu vereinfachen.

  6. It would be far easier for management to see how many guests are present on any one night but having a simple sum total formula added at the base to see total occupants. It takes forever to click on every room, look to the right, log th number, then onto the next room and manually add up the occupants for all the rooms. Next to the customers name on the timeline it could also hold the number of occupants for that room/property so it can bee see at a glance instead of actually clicking on each room.

  7. We would like to receive the rebates report with the notes of our employees why they have cancelled the article. Now you can not see the notes and makes it hard to control voidings.

  8. Historical reports for past groups that show their pick-up, average rate, and total revenue.Historical group reports are important to most hotel’s performance. It is also needed on a weekly basis to complete the STR report for the previous week.

  9. Hello everyone,

    I work a lot with accounting reports to provide data to external Excel files that create very clean dashboards. I have set up an automatic sending from Mews to my mailbox, but the Excel files are too large.

    Do you have any suggestions or possibilities to increase the maximum file size that can be sent to our mailbox? Receiving them by email saves me a lot of time since I manage six properties in Mews.

  10. In the “Accounting report” we do not have any information about the actual date of when the service was provided. Is it possible to add an information about the original date of consumption?

  11. When attempting to export more than 4MB of data, the Reservation Report often fails and times out, particularly for larger enterprise properties.

    It is important to take into account that properties with larger inventories are likely to have more reservation data overall; therefore, they should not have to constantly rely on exporting smaller batches and having to piece them together.

  12. In order to have a control of the client in the hotel for their extras, we need a report with pending payment but only the client who are in the hotel, no futur client.

  13. We have just moved across to MEWS so far there is a lot to like, but there are a few issues that are making it a real pain at time...

    1) Ability to sort the timeline in numerical order, I appreciate all the other filter options but sometimes just viewing spaces in numerical order is greatly appreciated

    2) ability to use our own in house colours for reservations this allows a quick glance at the timeline to gain a lot of information without having to search for it

  14. Is it possible to change the number of items on the product checklist to, for example, 250? Currently when we switch pages the system slows down, so it would be great to have all items on one list for a smoother operation.

  17. At the moment, when filtering the payment requests in the payment report, they are displayed but when you click on export to Excel, there is no data about payment request. Which makes it impossible to track. Since the payment request is one of the filter provided, it should be available in the payment report excel document

  18. Currently, invoices within the same owner are listed alphabetically in the City ledger. However, there are some issues. For example, an overdue invoice 557 is listed below an unpaid invoice 4177, because the system considers that 5 comes after 4 alphabetically. It would make more sense for invoices within the same owner to be listed in chronological order in terms of invoice deadline, or simply in ascending order in terms of invoice number.

  19. The current product report in MEWS is focus mainly on products sold against the guest stats. While The Product checklist will report on consumed and the purchased products.

    But, this report only shows the totals per day and not in which accommodation/room the product should be inserted in.

    The request is to have also de view in the report about in which room this product is added.

  20. Have a column for space status in the check out report so that the reception can see if the room has been cleaned or not . If the guest did leave without checking out and hk has cleaned the room, it automatically makes it dirty if we check the room out, therefore to make sure/make it easier to see the room status so that the reception can change the status back to inspected without having to click in to each reservation.
