Top/Frequent Guest Report
Would be very useful to have a report in Mews that lists our hotel's most loyal guests, who have stayed/spent the most. This would make it easier to identify the guests e.g. for recognition purposes.

Schnittstelle Beherbergungsstatistik
Mews braucht dringend eine Schnittstelle für die Meldung der monatlich erforderlichen Beherbergungsstatistik. JEDES Hotel in Deutschland muss diese Meldung monatlich einreichen. Warum gibt es in Mews weder eine Schnittstelle für e-Statistik.core noch einen passenden Report, der auf dem Portal importiert werden kann.
Aktuell muss ich die Daten manuell in einem Formular auf IDEV eingeben. Bitte handelt schnell um diese unnötige Arbeit zu automatisieren bzw. zu vereinfachen.17 votes -
Improve navigation in Guest Ledger
We propose enhancing the Guest Ledger report to retain selected filters and view settings when users navigate within the system.
Specifically, users should be able to:
Generate a Guest Ledger report using selected filters
Navigate to a guest’s or company’s billing
Close an invoice and then:
Click “back” and return to the Guest Ledger with the same filters and view preserved
Currently, the report resets, requiring users to reopen it and re-enter all filters. This improvement will save time, reduce frustration, and create a more efficient workflow — especially for staff handling high volumes of invoices daily.

Accounting Report: Dashboard Shortcut
Consider removing "Ledger Activity Report" and replacing it with Accounting Report (Order Items Report) on the Dashboard shortcut.

Group by Room number instead of Spaces
Guest in House report: Sorting out the order by Room Number. now it is possible only by using spaces which doesn't put the list in practical order. Would be nice to get the report out ordering by room number so its easier for the breakfast staff to read the report

Average length of stay
It would be nice to have more interesting data in the reports - namely the average length of stay. Cherry on top: having it as a discriminant in order to compare average length of stay between sources, segments, age groups... Just a thought. 'Casue even the Extranet from Booking.com can tell me that much - but not my PMS? Ahi ahi ahi...

Customer Insights Report
The "customer insights" data Mews gathers at the customer profile level should be reported in one place so clients can make use of the stats to create promotions or programs to incentivize their guests.
Stay Frequency Analysis: Number of stays per customer within a selected period.
Revenue Contribution: Total spend per customer (room + POS).
Visit Patterns: Average length of stay, seasonal trends.
Engagement Metrics: Use of amenities, special requests, or participation in promotions.3 votes -
Include formulas in Excel exports for aggregated values
It would be good if Mews Excel reports came in with formulas (for example sum) instead of data dumps we receive now. If we make any changes we have to make sure to update all the totals, otherwise the report is useless.

Base the 'vacant or departed' filter in the space status report on real-time check-in information
Currently, the “Vacant or departed” filter in the Space Status report relies on the planned arrival time on the Properties tab, so rooms with guests already checked in can still appear as vacant until that planned time. This is confusing for front office and housekeeping who use the report as a real‑time occupancy view. Please consider an update to the logic so that this filter is based on the actual check‑in/occupancy status (or automatically syncs the planned arrival to the actual check‑in time), ensuring that once a guest is checked in, their room no longer appears as vacant.

cashier report
The export of the cashier report is only available as a pdf-file. Therefore we are not able to send an excel file to our bookkeeping department or to our trustee in order to be able to check incorrect cash balances

Include the payment requests in the export of the payment report to track them.
At the moment, when filtering the payment requests in the payment report, they are displayed but when you click on export to Excel, there is no data about payment request. Which makes it impossible to track. Since the payment request is one of the filter provided, it should be available in the payment report excel document

Include Optional Bookings Data in Availability & Occupancy Report Export
Currently the 'Optional Reservations' and 'Optional Blocks' are available in the dashboard view of the Availability & Occupancy Report. However, this data is not included in the export. Please make this data available in the export as well so we can work with it.

ClickUp x Mews Business Intelligence Integration Idea
Connect ClickUp with Mews Business Intelligence to create a live sales performance dashboard that reflects real time CRM activity and confirmed revenue. Sales tasks in ClickUp can be filtered by status such as Hot Lead, Proposal Sent, Closing Soon, or Closed Won. One Accounting Report that shows all Revenue, ADR, Occupancy
There is no need to have three different types of reports (Consumed, Closed and/ or created). all reports should have the same information presented in the same way. There is also no need to have Gross Value, Net Value, or Tax Value on the Managers Report. All Reports should be consistent and have all the same information. Or Better Yet just make a DEFAULT REPORT for accounting purposes that have all the numbers match. REVENUE, TAXES, ADR, Occupancy, etc. Having all these different options i guess is fine, but the GAAP should be the DEFAULT or Standard reporting.

Identify that a room is set up as a twin
Inspected TWIN - be able to highlight that a room has been set as a twin. Zip-link beds can be either king or twin but no discernible way to identify that the room has been set as a twin.

New Reservation report show grouped by arrival date open
The old reservation report shows Grouped by arrival date easily with all dates open. New reservation report collapses the reservations with this grouping under each arrival date so that you need to click open each date separately to see the reservations. This is used daily to check through what has come in and the automatic collapsing adds unnecessary clicks to the daily process. Either update New reservation report to not auto-collapse when chosen Group by or keep the old reservation report active.

Accounting Report: Filter Payments According to Specific Accounting Category/Service Filter
Currently, you can filter out the report by specific Service or Accounting Categories for the revenue portion.
However, we cannot filter out Payments "associated" and recorded for that specific revenue. Especially if we are looking at specific POS Room Charge Revenue that is posted on the rooms.
It would be useful to be able to do so for further analysis.

Store and pull reports for guest allergies
We need a way to notate guest allergies in their profiles and pull reports. At minimum, we need a way to be able to pull a PRINTABLE report that includes reservation notes, where we are currently noting allergies for our kitchen and housekeeping staff. This is vital to operations for our property and for our kitchen specifically. Our chef currently has no way to efficiently and effectively pull guest food allergies directly from Mews when he is writing the breakfast menu. We are forced to use a separate system which, naturally, causes food allergies to occasionally fall through the cracks…
