  2. We’d like to ask you to include the number of beds or guests in the Check-out report.

    We are a hostel, and when the reservation is for a private room, the system counts it as one departure. If we have a Private room - 8 beds, the system counts it as just one bed in the checkout report.

    That is a problem for example when we need to know in advance how many beds need to be cleaned to order next week's clean bed linen. If we have 20 single beds, one Private room - 8 beds, one Private room…

  3. It would speed up the selection of dates in the filters if one could just type then press tab key. Ideally it would auto populate the current year. Also, some date selections do not adjust the end date based on the selected start date so it takes quite a lot of clicks to, say, get the view of your OCC for next week. Same for changing rates for date ranges etc.

  4. Add additional features to the graph, allowing users to see future projections about occupancy directly on the dashboard. It typically displays only the current week (7-day).

  5. Have a column for space status in the check out report so that the reception can see if the room has been cleaned or not . If the guest did leave without checking out and hk has cleaned the room, it automatically makes it dirty if we check the room out, therefore to make sure/make it easier to see the room status so that the reception can change the status back to inspected without having to click in to each reservation.

  7. Hi Mews

    We wish to send the breakfast list to our supplier along with the next day's breakfast orders. The product checklist is very useful, but we’d like to know if it’s possible to remove the guest names and display only the room numbers instead.

    Additionally, is there a way to automate this process by scheduling the list to be exported and sent out?

  8. A report that is exportable and can be filtered to display all space/room changes at different stages of the reservation, especially for Confirmed and Checked-in.

    **The Action Log displays space changes but does not allow the user to define reservation state.

  9. It would be far easier for management to see how many guests are present on any one night but having a simple sum total formula added at the base to see total occupants. It takes forever to click on every room, look to the right, log th number, then onto the next room and manually add up the occupants for all the rooms. Next to the customers name on the timeline it could also hold the number of occupants for that room/property so it can bee see at a glance instead of actually clicking on each room.

  10. We would like to receive the rebates report with the notes of our employees why they have cancelled the article. Now you can not see the notes and makes it hard to control voidings.

  11. Historical reports for past groups that show their pick-up, average rate, and total revenue.Historical group reports are important to most hotel’s performance. It is also needed on a weekly basis to complete the STR report for the previous week.

  13. We have a mandatory field for canelationreason when we cancel a product, but there is no report for checking this proccesses.
    We need a report sorted by products with reason, guest name, booking date and cancellation date etc.
    As it is now, checking is extremely time-consuming because you have to search for everything individually.

  15. Is it possible to change the number of items on the product checklist to, for example, 250? Currently when we switch pages the system slows down, so it would be great to have all items on one list for a smoother operation.

  17. Proposal: Standardization of Reports

    Inconsistent Data Presentation:
    Reports are currently displaying different data sets.

    Varying Criteria:
    Not every report uses the same criteria to present data, leading to discrepancies.

    Divergent KPIs:
    As a result, each report shows different key performance indicators, depending on the data and criteria used.

    Risk of Misinterpretation:
    These inconsistencies can lead to confusion and may result in misleading statements or incorrect insights.

    Harmonized Reporting:
    My goal is to harmonize all reports so that every report shows the exact same data. Since all the data originates from the same source, there should be no discrepancies between reports.

  18. Currently, invoices within the same owner are listed alphabetically in the City ledger. However, there are some issues. For example, an overdue invoice 557 is listed below an unpaid invoice 4177, because the system considers that 5 comes after 4 alphabetically. It would make more sense for invoices within the same owner to be listed in chronological order in terms of invoice deadline, or simply in ascending order in terms of invoice number.

  20. The current product report in MEWS is focus mainly on products sold against the guest stats. While The Product checklist will report on consumed and the purchased products.

    But, this report only shows the totals per day and not in which accommodation/room the product should be inserted in.

    The request is to have also de view in the report about in which room this product is added.
