Dear Team,
This function work super for a Breakfast List as an overview.
May I recommend:
1) We are able to print this report for our Kitchen Team as well for our Breakfast Team. They unfortunately do not use MEWS.
2) Would there be an option to add the Guests "Customer Notes" there we add under the F&B Notes, if the Guest if allergic to anything for example.Thank you in advanced.

Tracking visitors to the booking engine
In my previous booking engine, the timeline/grid was a dynamic live thing. You can see real time when potential guests were looking at dates or making a booking. It was a real time indicator of how good a marketing campaign was working. The previous pms also tracked daily visitors to the booking engine real time and updated the daily visitor numbers. This insight was invaluable.

Customer Classification Icons: Include in Reports + Printout
For all customer-centric reports: It would be practical to offer such insight in printouts (and screens) >>> especially in emergencies when reports are being used exclusively. The Icons are a great snippet of the customer's history with the hotel.

Origin Logging for All Reservations
We would like to request Origin logging for all reservations.
When reservations are created through a channel manager or via integrations, Mews logs the Origin and Origin ID. However for manually created reservations, Mews does not automatically log the reservation Origin such as Call Center, Email or Phone. As a result, integration partners (such as Lighthouse) receive Mews data files with various blank Origin fields leading to incomplete reporting.

Ein Bericht, ähnlich dem Reservierungsüberblick nur mit folgenden Informationen für das externe Housekeeping:
1. Gliederung in Zimmerkategorien
2. Anreise und Abreise
3. Name des Gastes (optional)
4. Anzahl Personen gegliedert in Kinder und Erwachsene
5. Produkte (Hund, Late Check-out, Early Check-in usw.)
6. Gästenotizen und Hauseigene NotizenDieser Bericht sollte ebenfalls automatisch gesendet werden können.

Reports via email
It would be great to have reports scheduled via email so that we can monitor multiple properties production / res made yesterday / manager flash via pdf quickly on an email instead of running each single report

Display accounting report by date period
Display accounting report by day/week/month/etc.. Currently, when selecting a time period, the report shows all revenue posted in that time as totals per category. If you want to find data on a day by day, or month by month, etc., you have to set the filters up separately each time.

Improve Printing Options for Reservation Report
Currently, the option to print a reservation report isn't very useful because it tries to print too many columns and it doesn't display the information very well. It would be great to be able to fully customize the columns in the reservation report and then have a better option to print the report. My team likes to print the reservation report daily, but they don't need all of the default columns that are included in the report when you try and print it. Create Reservation Report-link with specific filters
Create an automatic scheduled Reservation Report-link with specific filter on default. Just like the scheduled reports that we have today, but that we only receive an link / URL directly to the list in Mews. Also in a security perspective - that we don't have our guest's name sent to our emails everyday with all the booking information. It would be more secure to receive a link so you need to actually log in to Mews to have all the data.
It is so much easier to handle the Reservation List directly in Mews, than operate with PDF.list's.

I want a report that I can export to excel that includes the original booking dates to the reservation. The reservation report shows only the check in and check out dates. Usually they are the same as the original dates but not always.

Additional Filters for Accounting Report
Can we consider adding filters and Columns for the following
External Identifier (as seen in the Payment Report)
Settlement Identifier (as seen in Payout/Payment Report)
Bill Number for all rows> _now, bill numbers are only associated with a closed bill or issued invoice bill. Perhaps, it would be useful to have a piece of data that could be picked up by an Accounting Software at least.

Hi there,
I would like to ask if there is a possibility to work on a report in order to calculate the forecast for the coming months. I have been looking at both the ‘Manager Report’ as well as the ‘Reservations Report’, and unfortunately I can't find the way. Has anyone had the same question as me and found a way to work on it? payment report refund reason
Right now, there are so many details in the exported payment report in the excel file, but the mandatory refund reason is not there. It would be very helpful for us if it shows it in there as well when going through all the refunds.

Name scheduled report excel sheets
Hi,
Even though we can name the schedule, we receive the report with its standard name: Accounting Report - Reservation Report....
This creates confusion as we use the same report with different filters every day, but both are named the same...
Could it be arranged that the report (excel sheet) inherits the name of the schedule?Thanks

Ability to track conversion rate of Inquired Reservations to Confirmed
Revenue Managers are looking for an easier and better tool to track Conversion Rate of Inquired Reservations to Confirmed Reservations more efficiently.
Especially for the hotels utilizing that feature a lot, there are a lot of unexplored avenue when it comes to managing, tracking, and analyzing Inquired Reservations. I
