I would like to share my feedback regarding the new Reservation Report.
Compared to the previous version, the new report is significantly more difficult to navigate and less user-friendly. The former report allowed users to view reservation information clearly and efficiently in a single screen, making it much easier to manage and review reservations.
With the new layout, it is no longer possible to view all key reservation details at once. Users must continuously scroll horizontally to access different fields and information, which considerably slows down the workflow and makes the report less accessible overall.
In addition, when opening individual reservations to view further details, the navigation experience has become more cumbersome. Previously, users could easily return to the report using the in-system back arrow. This option is no longer available, forcing users to rely on their browser's back button instead. However, this often takes the user back to the beginning of the report rather than to their previous position, requiring them to start their search again.
Overall, the previous report provided a much better user experience, with faster navigation and easier access to critical reservation information. I would strongly encourage reconsidering some of the recent design changes or providing users with the option to switch to a more condensed view similar to the previous report format.
