Il serait très utile de pouvoir filtrer plus précisément le journal d’activité (Action Log) dans MEWS, afin d’améliorer le suivi et la traçabilité des actions. report that includes the original booking dates to the reservation
I want a report that I can export to excel that includes the original booking dates to the reservation. The reservation report shows only the check in and check out dates. Usually they are the same as the original dates but not always.

Ability to track conversion rate of Inquired Reservations to Confirmed
Revenue Managers are looking for an easier and better tool to track Conversion Rate of Inquired Reservations to Confirmed Reservations more efficiently.
Especially for the hotels utilizing that feature a lot, there are a lot of unexplored avenue when it comes to managing, tracking, and analyzing Inquired Reservations. I
t would also help to keep the "Inquired" label somehow for better reporting.

Allow custom rules to automatically apply guest classifications
It would be really useful if you could create custom rules that automatically apply guest classifications. E.g. once a guest completes 3 stays, they are marked as Important, then once they have completed 5 stays, they are marked as VIP.
Similarly, it would be great if there was also an option to retroactively these rules, e.g. Mews could identify all guests that have 3 completed stays and classifies them as Important, or if they have 5 or more it classifies them as VIP instead of important.

Make guest-in-house report available from mobile app
In case of a fire event, it would be beneficial to have ability to open in house report from your phone on the Mobile App, especially if reception is the place that is on fire.

Reports via email
It would be great to have reports scheduled via email so that we can monitor multiple properties production / res made yesterday / manager flash via pdf quickly on an email instead of running each single report

Full guest profile data base extraction for multiproperty
It should be possible to get a full data export of all guest profiles existing in Mews. Having multiple properties sharing 1 guest database, I do not want to use/create reports per hotel/per period. That is time consuming and report data is limited. I just need 1 data dump with all guest profiles.

Single Mail for Exports
There is no feature that consolidates all exports into a single email. Each report export must be configured individually for the same hotel.

analysis by room typology
When I import into Mews Analytics the information from up to two years ago from the previous PMS, the template provided by Mews does not allow me to differentiate by type of room or flat. Therefore, it will never provide me with the ADR, occupancy or total revenue data by type of room/apartment. It would be very convenient to modify this in order to have a fully detailed history.

Name scheduled report excel sheets
Hi,
Even though we can name the schedule, we receive the report with its standard name: Accounting Report - Reservation Report....
This creates confusion as we use the same report with different filters every day, but both are named the same...
Could it be arranged that the report (excel sheet) inherits the name of the schedule?Thanks

New report to see lead time
I would like a report that can show me; arrival date, lead time for the arrival date with either a travel agent profile, company or source for the booking and rate for the booking could be rate code. This report should be possible to pull for a year, month per day. I know I can use reservation report, but I still need to put it in a excel sheet and then make my own pivo.

Reservation Report - Showing 0 in Rate & Total Amount for prepaid reservations
The Reservation Report shows 0 EU/SEK/NOK in Rate if a reservation is prepaid. This makes it harder to calculate reservation amounts in an exported version of the Reservation Report. The Rate should not be 0 no matter if the reservation is paid or not.

Automatic printing of Fire Report
Hi, we would love to get automatic printed out the fire reports at 3 different time periods during the day (07:00AM, 14:00PM, 22:00PM). Today, we need to print out manually. Great if you can check up this opportunity.

Mother Company Revenue in Analytics
Currently the revenue of a Mother Company in Mews Analytics is only shown as a Company on its own. Let's say a Mother Company has 1 Daughter Company. Both companies show revenue in Analytics separately, but the Mother Company does not show the revenue of both companies - which is a need for Mother Companies.

Average rate for selected Rate Plan
It would be good to have an easier way of seeing the Average Monthly rate per Rate Category. Now, in occupancy report you can only see an average rate of all rates that property has.

Select multiple services
Please add the option to choose multiple Services within reports (e.g. Reservation Report), the dashboard and the timeline.
If we add a service for nightly billing and one for monthly billing, both should be equally add up as arrivals and being reflected on an arrival report.
For the dashboard, maybe we can have at least the possibility to select services that should be shown together on one dashboard. (Arrivals, departures, tasks)
For the timeline, it is not very helpful that reservations for other services are visible but it is shown with the name of the service instead of the guests…
