Product Options - Selected by Default - With Rules
We'd like to be able to have Products 'Selected by Default' on specific rate plans / channels.
We have a Sustainability Product that we would like 'Selected by default' on our direct rate plans/channels.. In Mews & in the booking engine.
The current 'Selected by default' feature adds the product to ALL reservations, this doesn't work as we can not add to agent reservations.

Check Out Report with date picker
The Check Out Report is just possible for today. The Report would also be good to check the check outs for the next day

Sales statistics by booking agent
Have the possibility of extracting the number of reservations and the turnover generated by each reservation agent from our internal call center in the Group.

Ability To E-mail Exported Reports WITHOUT Downloading First
We need to be able to quickly and efficiently e-mail reports to other departments, and it is too fiddly and time-consuming to export, then download, the save somewhere, then attach as an e-mail and send.
Could it be possible to add an option to e-mail a report directly from the Exports?

Occupancy - Display Customers, but Also Adults/Children/Infants
When clicking on Occupancy, and then hovering the cursor over the various cells, there's lots of information show (which is great!)
It shows 'Customers' but it would be great if this could be further broken down into adults/children/infants. Could this be a possiblity?

Show check-outs for following day
It would be good if on the Check-out report we could change the date we are looking at. It would mean that we could print out the check-out report the night before for housekeeping.

Reporting - Linen Change
A Report for linen change for all stayovers (day of arival +2+2+2+2 ... except changing day = departure day) is needed so housekeeping knows in which rooms the linen needs to be changed. (Accor standard)

Daily Reports by segments
One daily report pick up that shows occupancy, adr and revenue by segment, with dates ranges at past and future. for example, the create date, from the 1st of january to 31st of december

Mews analytics : default hotel in a chain
When you have a chain of hotels you always see the data of the entire chain first, which makes it unnessarary slow. Maybe default the hotel choosen? Or make it an option per employee/ Eg. the ceo of the chain will want to see them all, but the general manager of hotel x, will by default want to see his own hotel.

Respect Registration Card Ordering & Combine Guests/Companions in Print Functionality
Current Behavior:
- Registration cards can be printed, but the print order does not reflect the sequence configured in Mews.
- Each guest and companion currently receives separate registration cards, even when they share the same room.
Problem:
- The print logic ignores the user-defined order, likely due to a static sort or default template behavior.
- Printing separate cards for guests and companions increases paper usage and operational overhead.
Proposed Solution:
- Ordering Logic: Update the print functionality to dynamically apply the configured order from registration card settings when generating print jobs.
- Combine Guests & Companions: Provide an option for properties to combine guests…

Accounting Report: Filter Payments According to Specific Accounting Category/Service Filter
Currently, you can filter out the report by specific Service or Accounting Categories for the revenue portion.
However, we cannot filter out Payments "associated" and recorded for that specific revenue. Especially if we are looking at specific POS Room Charge Revenue that is posted on the rooms.
It would be useful to be able to do so for further analysis.

Allow Export Pull over 4MB for Larger Enterprise Properties
When attempting to export more than 4MB of data, the Reservation Report often fails and times out, particularly for larger enterprise properties.
It is important to take into account that properties with larger inventories are likely to have more reservation data overall; therefore, they should not have to constantly rely on exporting smaller batches and having to piece them together.

Timeline Improvements
We have just moved across to MEWS so far there is a lot to like, but there are a few issues that are making it a real pain at time...
1) Ability to sort the timeline in numerical order, I appreciate all the other filter options but sometimes just viewing spaces in numerical order is greatly appreciated
2) ability to use our own in house colours for reservations this allows a quick glance at the timeline to gain a lot of information without having to search for it

Show space status (inspected, dirty) in check out report
Have a column for space status in the check out report so that the reception can see if the room has been cleaned or not . If the guest did leave without checking out and hk has cleaned the room, it automatically makes it dirty if we check the room out, therefore to make sure/make it easier to see the room status so that the reception can change the status back to inspected without having to click in to each reservation.
