  1. The product report does not show all products sold in one view. For example breakfast. We have to open 2-3 reports to show the total amount of breakfast sold. We need one overview of all products sold, not many overviews.

  2. Currently there is no ROB (Rooms On the Books) report available in mews. According to the support, the reservations report could be used. However, this report can in no way be used to make forecasting or analyses due to the terrible lay-out.

    So please provide a proper ROB-report as this is the standard in the hospitality.

  3. We'd like to be able to have Products 'Selected by Default' on specific rate plans / channels.

    We have a Sustainability Product that we would like 'Selected by default' on our direct rate plans/channels.. In Mews & in the booking engine.

    The current 'Selected by default' feature adds the product to ALL reservations, this doesn't work as we can not add to agent reservations.

  7. We need to be able to quickly and efficiently e-mail reports to other departments, and it is too fiddly and time-consuming to export, then download, the save somewhere, then attach as an e-mail and send.

    Could it be possible to add an option to e-mail a report directly from the Exports?

  8. When clicking on Occupancy, and then hovering the cursor over the various cells, there's lots of information show (which is great!)

    It shows 'Customers' but it would be great if this could be further broken down into adults/children/infants. Could this be a possiblity?

  9. It would be good if on the Check-out report we could change the date we are looking at. It would mean that we could print out the check-out report the night before for housekeeping.

  10. One daily report pick up that shows occupancy, adr and revenue by segment, with dates ranges at past and future. for example, the create date, from the 1st of january to 31st of december

  12. In the reservations report, I would like to be able to group by Date (not arrival or departure date)
    I would also like to be able to group by multiple factors.
    E.g. Group by both date and by rate code

  16. Für den täglichen Betrieb an der Rezeption und in den operativen Abteilungen benötigen wir einen zentralen Bericht, der alle relevanten Gästeinformationen übersichtlich in einer einzigen Ansicht zusammenfasst.

    Aktuell müssen die benötigten Informationen aus mehreren Berichten zusammengesucht oder manuell ergänzt werden. Dies kostet Zeit, erhöht die Fehleranfälligkeit und erschwert einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen Rezeption, Service, Küche und Management.

    Unser Vorschlag ist daher ein kombinierter Anreise- und Inhouse-Bericht, der alle Gäste nach Zimmernummer sortiert darstellt und sowohl heutige Anreisen als auch bereits im Haus befindliche Gäste eindeutig kennzeichnet.

    Folgende Informationen sollten enthalten sein:

    -Namen aller Reisenden
    -Zimmernummer
    -Anzahl der Gäste pro Zimmer…

  18. Inspected TWIN - be able to highlight that a room has been set as a twin. Zip-link beds can be either king or twin but no discernible way to identify that the room has been set as a twin.

  19. Current Behavior:

    • Registration cards can be printed, but the print order does not reflect the sequence configured in Mews.
    • Each guest and companion currently receives separate registration cards, even when they share the same room.

    Problem:

    • The print logic ignores the user-defined order, likely due to a static sort or default template behavior.
    • Printing separate cards for guests and companions increases paper usage and operational overhead.

    Proposed Solution:

    1. Ordering Logic: Update the print functionality to dynamically apply the configured order from registration card settings when generating print jobs.

  20. Add dietary wishes in guest in house report. In this way accommodations who don't work with Mews POS can also make a kitchen report easily. Right now we have to do a lot of manual work.
