Reservation report - canceled amount per night
The Reservation report does not trigger the amount per night for canceled reservations it just shows the total amount.
When exporting to Excel the report provides the amount per night under the "night" tab, however, it does not show this information when the reservations are canceled.4 votes -
Save reports with dynamic date ranges
A while ago I asked regarding saving custom reports and I was told to copy the URL and saving it as a Custom Link. It works fine but there’s something that I would like to have, so that it’s even better. Right now when you save the report, it also saves the date you used so we have to change it each time. It would be way better if we could write as a start “Today”, and then for the end “+1, +7, etc”. So that the system automatically makes the changes.

Add filter detailed to the Product Report
From the Product Report, it would be great to be able to see which reservations have the listed products included
Adding a filter that would show the detailed mode could allow to create a detailed report with the reservation numbers and guest information. It would be fantastic if the report can be ordered by space number4 votes -
Rate Discrepancy Report
It would be great to get a rate discrepancy report. Being able to see the price a reservation was booked and the price the reservation ended up paying.

Filter by user name the product journal report
In order for the colleagues to check their postings (charges, rebates, payments), could it be possible to add a filter in the posting journal report to short it by user log/name? Therefore, each employee could print his activity report, check one by one the lines and postings corresponding to his codes, and correct mistakes if observed.

PDF Formatting of Accounting reports
Add row formatting in PDFs generated by MEWS. Shading of the rows would be nice or/and make the lines between the rows visible in the printed version.

Detailed Manager Report
It would be better if the manager report could be displayed with overall or detailed information. Not only the product group, but also the individual products. For example, not only Logis, but also the parking space and room upgrades.

Complimentary room category
As a house use, could you please have a new category called " Complementary" on availabity/occupancy report. Today I use a special rate, and I have to go on reservation overvieww and check one by one. In your internal report, we want an occupancy rate, and Average daily rate without Complementaries rooms.

filter Reservation report specific dates
Have a filter in the reservations report for "staying period".
For example, I want to look at bookings created on 04/10/2021 that are staying between 1st November and 31st November

Expandable Manager report
Matching the Manager report and Accounting report could be difficult as there is no option for a more granular view of the Manager report. Manager report should be expandable same as the Accounting report - have mode Grouped and Detailed so it can be drilled down to actual charges and bills.

Show percentages in booking window graph
On the booking window graph - is it possible to get this data by % rather than revenue amounts? eg - I want to see what % of all my bookings fall with the 1-6 day window, its hard to get an accurate picture with the revenue

cashier report
The export of the cashier report is only available as a pdf-file. Therefore we are not able to send an excel file to our bookkeeping department or to our trustee in order to be able to check incorrect cash balances

Customer Insights Report
The "customer insights" data Mews gathers at the customer profile level should be reported in one place so clients can make use of the stats to create promotions or programs to incentivize their guests.
Stay Frequency Analysis: Number of stays per customer within a selected period.
Revenue Contribution: Total spend per customer (room + POS).
Visit Patterns: Average length of stay, seasonal trends.

Show number of beds in the Checkout report and the Space status report
We’d like to ask you to include the number of beds or guests in the Check-out report.
We are a hostel, and when the reservation is for a private room, the system counts it as one departure. If we have a Private room - 8 beds, the system counts it as just one bed in the checkout report.
That is a problem for example when we need to know in advance how many beds need to be cleaned to order next week's clean bed linen. If we have 20 single beds, one Private room - 8 beds, one Private room…

Occupancy Graph on the Dashboard: Forward Projection
Add additional features to the graph, allowing users to see future projections about occupancy directly on the dashboard. It typically displays only the current week (7-day).
