Type and tab instead of clicking from calender to change date in report filters
It would speed up the selection of dates in the filters if one could just type then press tab key. Ideally it would auto populate the current year. Also, some date selections do not adjust the end date based on the selected start date so it takes quite a lot of clicks to, say, get the view of your OCC for next week. Same for changing rates for date ranges etc.

It is essential for us to track which rooms are performing well in terms of mini/maxi bar sales, as our hotel offers different collections in the mini/maxi bars across various rooms. Therefore, we need a report detailing mini/maxi bar consumption by room number.

Secure Emergency Exports
It is recommended to setup daily or even hourly exports of important reports to prepare for possible desasters. Only Enterprise Subscribers may choose and FTP Export Target. All others are limited to email exports. However, this way massive amounts of sensitive customer data is transmitted over possibly insecure connections (unencrypted email / SMTP). That could be a GDPR violation!
I suggest making secure/encrypted sFTP Exports available for everyone and/or implement a way to guarantee secure email transmission (at least SMTPs with certifcate pinning).

Extension Report
Hello. We need a report that indicates when a guests added nights to their stay.
Currently under the updated reports section it includes any reservation that had even a minor change, like a note added or another person.Ex. lets say I have a guest that books for Oct 1-31 for $100 a night for a total of $3100. On Oct 15 they tell you they want to add the month of November so another 30 days an additional $3000. When I look at the booking it shows total revenue of $6,100. Export reservation overview
Reservation Overview: possibility to export as a report.Currently, you can access the same data by setting up a scheduled export of the Reservation report with e.g. the Arrivals or Departures for that day. But having the possibility to set up a pusher immediately in the Reservation Overview, giving you all tabs in an Excel file would be perfect.

Customer Classification Icons: Include in Reports + Printout
For all customer-centric reports: It would be practical to offer such insight in printouts (and screens) >>> especially in emergencies when reports are being used exclusively. The Icons are a great snippet of the customer's history with the hotel.

1. Gliederung in Zimmerkategorien
2. Anreise und Abreise
3. Name des Gastes (optional)
4. Anzahl Personen gegliedert in Kinder und Erwachsene
5. Produkte (Hund, Late Check-out, Early Check-in usw.)

Templates for reports
I think it would be very helpful to have the option to set customizable (per house, per user) templates for reports.
In general I appreciate the flexibility in creating a report such as the reservation report.
But if there is a report that is needed regularly, it can be a bit exhausting to everytime set all filters.
To set up the scheduled exports is a solution only in case there is a fixed schedule. If we could have the option to select a template that would adjust the filters a certain way, this would be more than helpful and time…4 votes -
Customer Stats Report: City Focused Filter
The "city" focused filter will allow Sales and Revenue Departments to have the option to pull for more specific/localized stats of their visitors as opposed to a whole region/territory/filter which could affect product creation sales and marketing campaign (Without needing to export to Excel + filter the customer profiles report)

New interval for Exports
Be able to programme an export for an interval of 10 days.
We analyse the management report by 10-day periods: from 1 to 10 - from 11 to 20 - from 21 to the last day of the month.
It would be useful to be able to programme an export that includes these 3 intervals + the total for the month.4 votes
