  1. large company books a room for a visitor. The company wants a cost center number printed on the invoice. e.G.: HR00012345 c/o John Snow. I see there is a workaround when using a booking number in the Travelagency/OTA field, but when booking is done via OTA I can't use that work around anymore.....

  2. We are sending rates for 1 person – and 2 persons are difference rate + 200 DKK.
    The issue here is that we wish this text to be unvisible on booking engine.

    When the person bookes the room, it knows how many persons it is booking for, so no need to describe this for extra person!

  4. Add the "invoiceabe" blue sign . When you search for a company in the main search box.

    Atm you can only find the company, but have to go all in to the profile to see if its invoiceable.

  5. Make: take from allotment and add more rooms to allotment as Cenium had before. For travel agents. (Calander mode, and if you are on it, add: (how many rooms they had originaly and how many they have left) so its visible

  6. We are building our Group Booking Engine for our group of hotels, the location drop box could only allow the user to select a particular location and display hotels in that location. Can we add a ALL Hotel option in that drop down box, so all hotels within the same group would show once that is selected? this will be very convenience for distribution especially on high constrain dates.

  8. Hello, most of the time, my team forgets to check the "send marketing emails" option in the profile internals when checking in through the browser. However, when using Mews Kiosk, this doesn't happen since the button is on the profile filling screen. Is there any way to have this button available in the profile section through MEWS for the Browser as well?

  9. Would be good to have possibility to send more personalised mails. For example, we organise a lot of pop up events (BBQ in summer, concerts, ...). People need to subscribe in advance.

    Would be great to be able to send these kind of mails from MEWS.
    What's differente compared to actual MEWS mail templates?
    - content is different every month
    - we should be able to choose ourselves when we do want to send this mail and when not (for example if we organise a BBQ next sunday, it should not be send to any other guests than those staying…

DOEL van reservering is een verplicht veld met 3 prefixes (student, recreatie, zakelijk) - voor ons zorghotel niet relevant en het is niet aanpasbaar. aangezien het ook een verplicht veld is in de online kiosk hebben we daarom alle mails uitgezet. Het zou goed zijn als je daar aanpassingen in **** doen zodat het past bij het hotel.

  11. When we decided to use Mews, a big point was the booking engines features. When searching for a room for 3 or 4 persons, only rooms having 3 or 4 beds where shown for booking.
    Without telling anybody about the change, Mews now shows also rooms having pnly two beds and asked the guest to book more rooms. If a family wants to stay at our resort, the want a room/apartment having 3 or 4 beds, not 2 seperated apartments with 2 beds each. So please make it possible to change this.   12. If a guest comes often and always make the same reservation, give them the option to copy existing reservations. It makes sense to make this from the guest portal, because all of the informations are already there. They just need to switch the dates.

  13. When a reservation goes through Siteminder the booker information is not added in Mews. We have alot of reservations made by a booker for a guest, when the guest arrives we only have their name and the booked details are gone so if the booker wants to pay we have to add this information manually after finding it in siteminder. its all there we just need the information to be added into Mews as well.

  14. Currently we have a few services, such as bike rental, breakfast, and parking that can be added by the guests while making a reservation.

    However, there are certain situations where we do not want this option to be visible for the guests. An example is guests that come for a specific conference, who book through their own booking engine.

    It would be great if we can turn on/off bookable services for the specific booking engine when requested. We went through all settings, but are unable to find a way to do so.

  16. Could we also have dining options in rates setup, so that guests (and staff within comander) can choose from options like with / without breakfast / full board / half board to select rates? (of course with nice labels attached 😉 )

    For us, or in most city settings I believe, the major rate differentiations are non-ref vs. free cancellation and with vs. without breakfast ? Right?

  19. The country code should no longer be transmitted via Channel Manager. This transmits the country of the IP address and can no longer be deleted from the profile. As a result, we have many empty addresses in the guest profiles.

  20. New Cancellation Tags Are confusing because they adjust dynamically based on the rate rules. What would be more useful is to be able to create a set of key tags that we can generate as the business to display on the room cards or rates when you have the selection of spaces. This would allow customers to make quicker choices and saving calling to understand what the room includes. Example tags for the room could be 'Hot Tub', or 'Has Lake View' or 'Includes Complimentary Minibar' or if these tags are applied at rate level then 'Non Refundable' or '50%…
