  2. We want to change the options in the guest profile by ourselves.
    at this moment (in the Dutch version) we can only choose between meneer or mevrouw (twice).
    we want to have a option for mijnheer en mevrouw, familie ect.

  3. Create an additional guest classification option under internal notes for corporate guests. So we can easily differentiate between guests who paid corporate fixed rates and standard rates

  4. In guest portal first screen, you can see an overview of reservations and clearly which one is cancelled. Once you enter into the Reservation details, the cancelled one does not state "Cancelled" so it can be confusing for the guest.

  5. It should be possible to add multiple pictures to be displayed for products on the booking engine (Mews distributor). The pictures should be a carousel, displayed in the "Enhance your stay" section for add-on products.

  7. Ability to add mandatory fields in Mews Booking Engine and transfer this data into the reservation information in form of notes or tasks automatically. Example, what is mandatory now is last name, email and if selected telephone number. We would like to have the ability to have specific preferences to better enhance the guest stay such as high floor, quiet location, near elevator, ADA. Also include the ability to have the guest select an estimated arrival time, example 8pm. This will improve housekeeping productivity. Additionally, have the ability to include if this is a Business, Leisure or Group stay. If…

  8. Hey team,

    It would be great if we can upload our own favicon on the MEWS distributor links.
    In this way users better understand they are on the hotels brand website.
    And it will help for Google Hotel Search; currently the hotels show with a green generic logo.
    There is the option to request your own logo however following Google’s guidelines the favicon must match the final url:

  9. Upon not finishing a booking, having mews register the reason for not completing the reservation.
    Registering the "missed" reservations and the quantity and reason could help sales optimize potential revenue.
    This could be done with a small box saying what is the reason for not completing the reservation? (price too high, no availability, test booking etc)

  10. Include all fields of the guest internals tab in the guest profile report. Guest profile notes are sometimes more important than reservation notes to give clarity to classifiers.

  11. it would be a cool e-commerce feature increasing conversion if we could send a reminder and summary of an abandoned booking in distributor via e-mail. A personalised text and an easy way to book would be a must.

  12. Group summary has poor data. More detailed summary would be perfect for group reservation.

    Extra information:
    -Reservation ID
    -Name per reservation ID
    -Arrival - Departure per reservation ID
    -Conpanion per reservation ID
    -products per reservation ID such as bike rental, extra bed

  13. Adapt the Co-Operator Check Out function so that it looks like the Check In Function ? FO teams working with Co-Operator need a dashboard view of Check outs so they can just choose a reservation to C/O without needing the guest name and room number.

  14. a search function in the messages would be very helpful - or being able to see whether a guest has sent a message through MEWS in their profile/reservation.

    For example if a guest asks to cancel and a cancellation/no-show fee would apply it would he useful to be able to check whether and when they requested this.
    The CTRL+F command is quite tedious to use because it requires to load also older message first, and that is not ideal.

  18. When the visitor of our booking street clicks on a date on which we have no availability, he or she will receive the advice to select another date or to contact our reception (by e-mail or by telephone). Currently it is impossible to change this text.

    We notice that our reception is now receiving many calls regarding our availability. In most cases, the caller reacts with disappointment, because providing these contact details incorrectly suggests that a room is still available.

    The option to change this text would be greatly appreciated.

  19. When a guest recerve online the system automatically delte the internal classification "Loyalty Program". It will be great is the system keep all the internals classifications.

  20. With regards to our highest room category, which is our ******, we have a price increase for additional guests from CHF 50 to CHF 70,-/each and for children from CHF 30,- to CHF 35,-/each as of 1st January 2023!
    Therefore we need the possibility to amend only for *
