  3. As guest profiles are shared across multiple properties, at the time of check in we can see the guest is a returning guest, but we can't see how they actually stayed with us in that particular property (unless you open guests dashboard, extra 2-3 clicks).
    This doesn't present the best customer experience, as we can't see in which brand or hotel they have stayed previously, so we can't welcome them back or introduce them to the brand/hotel appropriately.
    It would be good to see how many times the guest has stayed in the selected property at the time of check…

  4. For a bookable service for space like parking or bike, or similar a guest /adult count doesn’t make sense. It should be possible to disable the adult count field in the booking engine for that bookable service somehow.

  6. We would prefer having the option for guest names to appear on the invoices (preferably next to the Logis numbers listed on the invoice)
    This would especially be useful for group reservations.
    When companies book for their employees, they often ask for invoices with guest names for their bookkeeping departments to be able to assign payments to individual employees. Having a company name on the invoice is fine.

    Do you think you could include this option in the near future?

    We have many requests for this and have been entering guest names in Notes on invoices, but all those solutions…

  7. Manche Gästegruppen müssen nicht selbst zahlen und nutzen daher den Online Check-in nicht weil dort die Kreditkarte angegeben werden muss. Warum kann man dies nicht auswählen? Die Arbeit wird nicht erleichtert, da zB Tagungsgäste sowohl Adresse als auch alle anderen Daten vor Ort eingeben müssen.

  9. Wir wünschen uns, dass automatisch erkannt wird, wie oft ein Gast schon im Hotel war und dass ab einem 5. Aufenthalt der Gast ein Stammgast ist und speziell markiert wird automatisch

  11. In the configuration of the booking engine, you are able to select the maximum amount of adults per booking - but not the maximum amount of children.

    This feature would be nice to have.

  12. There exists a "Booking Abandoned" flow (the 15mins offset) in the booking engine configuration. However, this flow does not apply to Availability Block Reservations picked up via that same booking engine link. It would be great to consider the same rule for these types of reservations as well.

  13. The SMS Service Add on Subscribtion is a good Idea, but it might can be improved as following:
    1.) The way this product add-on is being priced is not a good fit for smaller hotels. Why can't there be pure pay-as-you go model, maybe with a higher individual SMS charges, but only on the acutal volume sent? I mean, the cary over that remains from the 50 € each month for us cannot ever be consumed...
    2.) Track clicks: currenty there is no way to know if the sent sms messages are actually improving online check-in rates. It would be…

  16. Set up an alert in Mews to notify when a guest's gender does not match the room's designated gender. For example, if a guest's profile is marked as Male but the room is designated for a Female, Mew will display an alert: "The guest's gender does not match the room type. Would you like to proceed with the check-in?"

  17. Can you add the week numbers to the timeline as many guests ask about availability of a certain week number before booking a date. This would improve the speed of me answering their questions and a better overview.

  18. Net Properties would like to see the breakdown of total cost in Confirmation and Quotation Emails between Net + Tax, and then Gross Value.

    Currently only Gross Total is displayed.

    1. We would like to make it possible to add a baby and a child (up to 12 yo) on some rooms, but in MEWS I can only put extra capacity for either 1 or 2 people. When I put down 2 people it gives guests the option to put two children up to 12yo in the room. Is it also possible to distinguish age groups in this capacity? So that guest can only add 1 child and 1 baby, and not two children?

  19. At our property we have limited parking spots available to our guest. At this moment the option to book a parking spot is hidden in the list of products in the engine when parking is fully booked. However, it would be great if the bookings engine could show it as sold out/fully booked. This would help us receiving fewer questions and not having to disappoint guest when we let them know they cannot park after they made their room reservation.
