  2. Manche Gästegruppen müssen nicht selbst zahlen und nutzen daher den Online Check-in nicht weil dort die Kreditkarte angegeben werden muss. Warum kann man dies nicht auswählen? Die Arbeit wird nicht erleichtert, da zB Tagungsgäste sowohl Adresse als auch alle anderen Daten vor Ort eingeben müssen.

  4. Upon a completed booking, it would be helpful if MEWS creates a datalayer with the personal data from the booking (name, email, phone number, and country) that can subsequently be sent to Google and Meta as part of 'Enhanced Conversion' to better optimize advertising.

  5. It is both good and bad that emails are not sent out from the demo environment. For example, it can be difficult to access your guest portal or check-in to test something if you haven't received a real email from the system.
    Additionally, it is also a problem to test email templates if you choose to build them yourself because the code (HTML/CSS) generated by MEWS is not 100% consistent with the code you insert.

    Therefore, it would be helpful if you could either enable email sending in the demo environment, so you can test the flow 100%, or if…

  6. There would be two useful improvements to the online check-out of guests.
    1. the date is not shown for additional services. For example, the guest has consumed 10 beers in 10 days. However, the guest only sees 10 beers in the online check-out. Not when he has consumed which beer. This can sometimes lead to confusion.

  7. Create a multiproperty booking engine where guests can find availability and prices for multiple properties in the same city / region / country by querying on stay dates. Currently a specific property needs to be selected, resulting in a tedious process (with 7 properties in 1 city for example) resulting in low conversion and churn.

  9. Allow guests to create optional reservations in the Mews Booking Engine instead of directly confirming. This should trigger the quotation email allowing the guest to review the details of their stay, pay a deposit and confirm the reservation (applicable to long stay guests)

  10. Net Properties would like to see the breakdown of total cost in Confirmation and Quotation Emails between Net + Tax, and then Gross Value.

  12. If a company has more than one employee working from the same emaill address Mews will not allow us to create them as a guest/booker as the email address already exists. Can you create an option to override this?

To customize the guest journey for distribution partners, we would LOVE to see the ability to customize background images for individual booking engines for accommodations as well as for availability blocks. Not only will examples of this experience help get distribution partnerships over the finish line, but it will also create a custom and personalized experience for the relevant guests. Furthemore, it creates numerous opportunities for cobranding.

  15. Why is it not possibile to add a new company to a mother company while creating it? Actually we have to create a new company and afterwards open the company profile again to add a mother company. We need to add the mother company for the statistcs.

  16. On the billing page there should be a note field where we could note if its e.g. a booking prepaid / expedia collect booking or if the guest pays everything on site.

  17. If a guest comes often and always make the same reservation, give them the option to copy existing reservations. It makes sense to make this from the guest portal, because all of the informations are already there. They just need to switch the dates.

  19. Have the T&Cs at the beginning of the booking engine journey. They are currently on the last page - which means customers must go through all the steps before knowing what they are signing up for.
