Passport - Identity document
The ability to store passport pictures through the guest journey. Almost every self serviced apartment company requires to store passport infomation and our guest journey does not support this. This requires the owner to use something like Operto or Duve.

Language in confirmation email
If a regular booker (who has their default language in Dutch) books a room and wants an English confirmation, in stead of Dutch this is not possible. It would be great that when the booking engine language is set in a specific language, the bookers (or guest) gets the confirmation in that language.

enable sending specific rooms to book via booking engine
Properties want to be able to send a specific room with pictures and description to a guest so that the guest can have an ultimate decision to book a room. Mews allows properties to send a quote or reservation inquiry but it won't give the guest ability to see what the room looks like. Having pictures with description would bring additional value.

Booking abandoned disable cancellation email
When a reservation is created via the booking engine with an invalid payment the guest does not receive any email to tell them a reservation is on hold. The guest does receive however a cancellation email when the cancellation 'booking abandoned'. This is causing many confusions and complaints as guests did not know to begin with that a reservation is being held, they should not receive an email when this cancels .

Add condition for automatic emails
Add the possibility to add conditions for the automatic emails.
For instance, when a guest create a last minute booking and a pre-checkin email is is sent, make sure no other email is sent to fill the profil on the same day.

Kiosk language should change automatically based on nationality / guest info
Language depending on nationality, with the option for a manual override.
if the nationality is set for a spain, language should change to spanish. Include Check-Out invitation into reservation mailing tab
Some emails to customers can be resent from Manage Reservation/Mailing Tab. However, the online checkout invitation is not between of the options.
Adding this email would allow properties to resend the checkout invitation at any moment. For example, if the reservation is shortened to the following day, after the sending hour established in the settings

Since Mews is doing such great work with bookable services. It would be great to be able to use a {bookable service} placeholder in the email templates.

The new messages functionality is a huge improvement for guest communication. It would be very useful to have additional options like archive/delete, mark as unread and star messages from customers (or internally).

Hotel logo favicon on MEWS distributor
Hey team,
It would be great if we can upload our own favicon on the MEWS distributor links.
In this way users better understand they are on the hotels brand website.
And it will help for Google Hotel Search; currently the hotels show with a green generic logo.

Disable unused languages
Countless languages are usable in MEWS by default. This makes a selection, for example when creating profiles, sending confirmations, etc. very tedious.
In our house only German and English are used and it would be great if you could deactivate the other languages via global system settings.
This would greatly improve our processes

Add reservation status to Reservation details
In guest portal first screen, you can see an overview of reservations and clearly which one is cancelled. Once you enter into the Reservation details, the cancelled one does not state "Cancelled" so it can be confusing for the guest.

Product images
It should be possible to add multiple pictures to be displayed for products on the booking engine (Mews distributor). The pictures should be a carousel, displayed in the "Enhance your stay" section for add-on products.

second email field on guest profile
we sometimes have the need to register both the guest work and private email. a second field would therefore be handy as currently you are not able to put it anywhere. same for phone numbers.
