  1. We often have the case that guests switch to the bar after the meal. We would like to avoid guests having to sign their bill several times in the evening.
    To do this, we have to merge tables again and again. Although this function is available in POS, I know it more intuitively from other POS (example Lightspeed). Especially when many orders are open at the same time, it is very complicated to find the table that you want to merge with the other table. Especially if you use several table layouts.

  2. At the bottom of the cart, even if oper orders are disabled, the send order button is still present next to the shortcut and the three dots for other payments methods.
    So the button is confusing and useless. We kindly ask you to hide it if open orders are disabled.

  3. We would need to be able to enable/disable the send offer button when on check out. It can help the UX to be simpler, leaving only the essential parts that are needed.

  4. le rapport « Prix moyen par couvert » permet d’analyser les performances sur une période donnée (chiffre d’affaires, couverts, ticket moyen), mais il ne détaille pas, pour chaque jour, un nombre de couverts pour le service du midi et un nombre de couverts pour le service du soir sur des lignes distinctes.

  5. In the app, when doing a room charge, the operator does not know who's the onwer of the room.
    We would need an icon or something to show who's the owner of that room.
    In case i push the room charge to another person of the room, in the PMS another bill is created, leading to manual merge operation in case (most cases) one person pays the bill for the whole room.

  6. Hello,
    at the moment the web dashboard allows you to set more than one fiscal printer, but at the end when you try to print the invoice the system returns an error. More than one fiscal printer per outlet seems not possible.
    For very wide outlets we would need to set more than one fiscal printer.

  8. When sending an invoice digital (via Email) to the guest, the header color is fixed purple.
    It would be nice to change the color into the company CI.
    And it would be even nicer to set it per Outlet.

  9. Often, guests want to take a short break until the next course. It would be fantastic if we could still call up the next course in the POS, but then choose that the kitchen printer prints it just X minutes later.

  10. Add deliveries to inventory with qr code scanner. Would make adding inventory easier if you could add products from delivery papers to system via qr scanner.

  11. When you view the details of a sellable product and open the inventory journal, you will see a list of transactions with warehouse inputs and outputs. Unfortunately the balance resulting from each input or output does not appear. It would be very helpful if a column named "balance" was added to the inventory journal.

  12. For upcoming bookings in the POS, it would be really convenient if there was a date marked instead of just the time, name of the guest and cover.
    It gets utterly confusing when there are multiple seatings at the same table for following days, as all the booking will just line up. There is a higher risk of choosing the wrong guest when they are all just a mix-up, and it takes much longer time due to the need of cross checking bookings with the booking system.

  13. Currently there is a field "Business hours" in the Outlet definition. Why not enhancing this field to enter Outlet start and end times, and automatically open and close outlets depending on business hours.

  15. Wanneer je op betalen klikt, is er nu maar 1 mews betaal terminal zichtbaar. Ik heb begrepen dat er nu geen functie is om er twee te selecteren in dit betaalscherm (naast cash, aanbieding verzenden, etc.) - dit lijkt een gemiste kans gezien vast meer bedrijven twee mews terminals gebruiken! ;)

  16. Hemos implementado el programa hace unas semanas en nuestros hoteles y en todos estamos de acuerdo en que el tamaño de letra de las comandas es demasiado pequeño.
    Nuestra sugerencia es aumentar el tamaño de letra de los platos que aparecen en la comanda (la letra que sale antes de los platos se lee mejor).
    Y por otro lado, el simbolo "+" delante de cada modificador en algunos platos (como por ejemplo: los puntos de la carne) tiene un significado y puede llevar a errores durante un servicio. Proponemos utilizar otro simbolo que no tenga ningun tipo de significado en…

  17. Please implement more granular customization options for bills. Specifically, there should be a way to account for the tax on restaurant items being sent by Lightspeed when the tax has already been applied. This is causing significant inconvenience for properties, as they are forced to manually remove the duplicate tax entries in Mews.

    Desired outcome:

    1. The total amount of the Lightspeed Bill to appear in MEWS as one product or line item that is not taxable.
    2. The Mews bill should only be showing taxes applied to Accommodation

  18. For both the customers and the servers, it would be ideal to offer a QR code that allows customers to place their orders directly from the table (without immediate payment). Then, whenever they wish (for example, at the end of the meal), they could also pay using the same QR code.

    This way, they wouldn’t need to wait for the bill. Additionally, if they are a group, they could easily split the bill as they see fit, without taking up the server’s time to process separate payments for everyone.

  19. A function for renaming & summarizing individual items in the invoice as an example: The item “soup” comes from the Hypersoft POS system and I would like to call this "pumpkin soup".

  20. Alle anwesenden Mitarbeitenden müssen Ihre Schicht anmelden und abmelden können. Nicht nur eine Person. Anschliessend muss Umsatzquelle ausgewählt werden können und diese dann auch fix bestehen bleiben. (Dies bei verschiedenen Restaurants im Haus)
