  2. Today, customers are not notified by a push alert when their order is ready. In addition to the written message on the DO (Delivery Order) interface, it would be great to have the option of sending a push notification to the customer's mobile device.

  4. Aktuell können Produktnamen nur auf eine Sprache hinterlegt werden. Wir wünschen uns pro Produkt ein zusätzliches Feld für einen englischen Produktnamen, damit internationale Gäste auf Rechnungen eine verständliche Bezeichnung sehen.

  5. Aktuell können Trinkgelder in Mews POS nicht separat oder teilweise erstattet werden. Die einzige Möglichkeit ist die Rückerstattung der gesamten Rechnung, auch wenn alle Produkte korrekt waren und nur das Trinkgeld falsch eingegeben wurde (z. B. Tippfehler am Terminal).
    Bitte Trinkgelder separat erstattbar machen, ohne die komplette Rechnung stornieren zu müssen.

  6. It would be useful to link different digital orderings to different outlets.
    In particular having the QR codes set in different areas, the customer to scan and see a dedicated menu, and to let the order go through a specific outlet related to the area where the QR is set.
    Right now it is possible to only have one generic Digital ordering "place".

  7. At the moment it is not possible to change the checkout text.

    It always says "Your payment was processed successfully"

    -> we would like to be able to delete this, since we often have groups that do not pay personally, but their online orders get paid separately in the group bill.

  8. Be able to "archive" the cashier we do not use anymore even if we already have past invoices assigned to it so it does not appear while closing new tickets

  9. If a customer pays in the PMS and the same card is recorded at the POS too, a new customer profile is generated (same name and last name) with a fake email.
    We kindly ask you to remove this logic as it creates useless customer profiles in the database, and it lead to risky management the by users at the Front Office.

  10. It would be helpful to have the possibility to print receipts again in case there are problems with the printer. For example, the paper is empty, and only half of the receipt was printed.

  11. Context.
    In specific invoices we are filling in the References and Notes, because we need to easily search them after let's say a week.
    In the reference we input the room number, while in the notes we input the name/surname.

    Blocker.
    When we need to search for that particular invoice, we can only input a numeric value in the search window in the app.

    Request.
    To be able to insert also letters, so to use the full keyboard, therefore to search also for the notes field.

  12. Currently, there is no filter in Mews POS that allows you to sort inventory items by quantity, from smallest to largest. Would it be possible to create a filter directly within the interface?

    We need track the volume of orders by each waiters. How much they sell by gettnig of the orders and not for the closing bills.

  15. Ich habe eingestellt, dass bei digital ordering, über QR Code die Gäste automatisch eine 4 Euro Roomservice Gebühr (pro Bestellung) verrechnet bekommen.

    Dies gilt leider nun für ALLE QR BESTELLUNGEN auch von der Terrasse vor der Bar.

    Hier braucht es dringend eine Splitting:
    A) Hotelzimmer Bestellungen (plus 4 Euro) und
    B) Ordering von Restaurant, Lobby, Bar oder Terrasse (=gebührenfrei!)

  16. Currently, comp-articles are only visible in a separate discount report and are missing from the standard revenue reporting in Mews POS. Since other types of discounts are already included in the general reports, it would be beneficial to have comp-articles integrated there as well. This would ensure a more consistent and comprehensive overview of all transactions

  18. We have a integration with silverware, and when the post the bill we only recieve a "table service" with a total amount. We need to be able to see whats in the bill.

  20. Customisation of menu listing on POS handheld payment terminal for staff.

    I see it as a fundamental flaw, that menus on the handheld terminal are shown by creation date and that there is no way to rearrange them. Which makes it an incredibly time consuming and tedious task to reorder them so that the most prevalent product sales appears first, to minimise time spent on scrolling through categories. This may be only be 10 seconds. But times ✖️ that by every product you enter for every sale that you do. Not only to mention the lack of efficiency on busy…
