  1. The ability to process a sale and send it as an invoice in the POS without registering it as a payment. This ensures the invoice remains open until the payment is received in the bank.

  2. In our previous system, it was possible to adjust the font size on order slips. The current font size in the new system is too small, causing frequent issues in the kitchen.

    Typically, kitchen staff across all stations could easily read the slips, but this is no longer the case. The small font size is slowing down operations and increasing the risk of errors.

    We kindly request the ability to modify the font size on order slips to ensure smooth kitchen workflows. Your prompt assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated.

  3. A notification (physical receipt or digital notification) once order item is ready for pick up (from kitchen/bar) for service staff. Especially helpful in environments that have "runners" who only serve but do not take orders.

  4. Improving the connection between Mews POS and PMS to allow for F&B products such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner packages to be sent to POS. This will help improve efficiency so that the F&B team can create forecasts with information in one place.

  5. I would like to have the stay dates included to the product checklist. We're using the product checklist at the host desk in breakfast and we would like to see at first glance if it's guests' first time having breakfast or if they had breakfast before. We can then either explain the breakfast buffet set-up or 'welcome back the guest.

  6. Auf den Rechnungen von MEWS POS werden alle Produkte einzeln nach Bestellung aufgelistet. Es wäre schön und übersichtlicher für alle, wenn die Anzahl der Produkte zusammengefasst auf der Rechnung und auch in MEWS POS sind. Dies wäre übersichtlicher

  7. When splitting the bill when paying it would be easier to if you could see the items instead of only money amounts and a black back ground.

  8. A critical issue is that items are listed individually on both orders and invoices, instead of being accumulated. This makes the invoices unnecessarily long and difficult to process. We tend to have big events going on and the invoice is going to be more than 5 meters long. It is very unprofessional and we urge you to address this issue fast.

  9. Possibility to exchange credit card to cash. If customer would like to get coins it would be nice to be able to charge credit card and then exchange it to cash.

  10. In certain hotels, predefined shift schedules are in place. During these shifts, the revenue recorded in the Mews POS system is expected to be allocated to a specific Revenue Center. Currently, staff members are required to manually assign each order to the appropriate Revenue Center. It would be highly beneficial to have a feature that automatically assigns the Revenue Center according to the time of day. For instance, all revenue generated between 06:00 and 11:00 hours could be automatically directed to the ‘Breakfast’ Revenue Center.

  11. It would be nice if in Bizzon the individual articles were added together on the final invoice and not individually. With large groups, it makes the invoice very confusing.

  12. Tasks

    It would be great to have the check-in and check-out dates in the "Reservation" part when you look at tasks together with the "Stay /Confirmation number/Room category/Room number"

  13. Add the possibility to choose a delivery slot on Digital Ordering, so that non-immediate deliveries can also be managed by Mews POS.
    Eg. A delivery for tomorrow evening, or for later the same day.

  15. Es wäre schön, wenn es möglich wäre die ausgegebenen Bons individueller anzupassen. Wir hätten gerne Preise auf den Bons die in der Küche rauskommen und die Schriftgröße würden wir gerne etwas größer einstellen.

  16. I will waiters keep forgetting to log off can you put a 15 second timer on the tablets which logs them off automatically?

    This will ensure the right is getting the credit for the order.

  17. In order to confirm to the tax office that a meal was a business meal, in Germany so-called "Bewirtungsbelege" must be issued by the restaurant and completed by the guest. These are currently only available in printed form. To go further in the direction of paperless, it would be great if these could also be sent by email.

  18. This idea is specifically for the FSC market and a must have. It is asked in every POS demo.

    First, we would need a non-detailed ticket that simply states "1 meal", without any detail and without showing any tax differences.

    Then, customers in France very often ask to sum up the total of the ticket into "2 or + meals" (they just choose the nbre of meals they want on the ticket - which is very generic and does not show the detail of what has been ordered.
    Right now, there is no way to determine on 1 same ticket…

  19. add the payment in the POS MEWS so that we can invoice a product and charge the customer directly (for the bar, the restaurant...).
    Can also be used with the TPE MEWS for direct billing.

  20. Supporting a bar code reader integration. The property wishes to scan products with bar codes.
    They would like to scan physical product such as ''bottle of wine'' and it would automatically add to the guest's bill.
