  3. Actually when settle a POS bill on a Guest account in Mews, Mews POS-Bizzon show gthe Name of guest on screen. To make sure this is gthe right person who wkill be charge. When guest has signed on tghe screen, the bill is posted on his room account and a Pro-Format ticket is been provided for reception.
    Reception store the ticket in the folder of the guest, but can not really controlled the Name of the guest.
    And when you have 2 guest in a room who seperated bills, you can charge from the POS on the right folio on…

  9. Allow the waitstaff to see, on each table of the floor plan, the courses to follow. For example, in the case of a 3-course menu, it would display 1/3 if the table has only received the appetizer

  19. Remove the Appendix "Please keep this for your records" or in German "Bitte bewahre dies für deine Unterlagen auf". Problem is that in Germany and many other countries there is a formal way of speaking to people.

    In our case we use formal for all communication with our guests but this text isn't translated that way. That may be off-putting or probably even offensive for some. Because this note is added right at the footer field anyone could just add that to the footer text field in any way he like (formal or not).

  20. In order to confirm to the tax office that a meal was a business meal, in Germany so-called "Bewirtungsbelege" must be issued by the restaurant and completed by the guest. These are currently only available in printed form. To go further in the direction of paperless, it would be great if these could also be sent by email.
