  1. Il serait très intéressant de pouvoir personnaliser nos tickets de commande afin de simplifier et de rendre plus rapide le travail en salle et en cuisine.
    Mettre d'abord l'intitulé de la commande puis le numéro de la table après.
    Pouvoir augmenter la typo de la commande serait très bien.
    Pouvoir mettre en gras "en direct" / "suite 1" / "réclame".
    Une visibilité du ticket claire permettra à toute l'équipe d'être plus rapide et d'éviter des erreurs.

  2. Right now the reports that can be downloaded merge the same product, providing a cumulated sum of the quantities sold.
    It could be very helpful to see every product's transaction/sale so i can have a clear idea on how it periodically perform and what's the trend. Right now i cannot achieve this. I'd need to download a very granual report (daily, hourly) and do this for all the timeframe i'm interested in, which is unfeasible.

  3. We have a resort with multiple outlets (reception, restaurant, gift shop etc). When ever we sell something we have to choose the correct outlet every single time. This is somewhat annoying as our POS devices are stationary and always/99% of time tied to a particular outlet. Thus there is absolutely no need to confirm before every sales action that "yes, still the gift shop". Ideally we would select the outlet once and the system would remember that selection until changed. The current way is not very user-friendly.

  4. Il serait impératif de mettre en place le système de réclame directement sur le produit. A l'heure actuelle il est nécessaire de créer un Bundle avec un produit pour lui attribuer une réclame par défaut. Pouvez vous mettre en place le système de réclame directement sur les produits, cela éviterait un bon nombre d'erreur et de doublons lors d'un service. Cela permet aussi de communiquer directement la bonne information à la cuisine.

  5. Bonjour, serait il possible de faire en sorte que lorsque une modification est réalisée sur le back office celle ci se synchronise automatiquement sur le POS. Il serait aussi super de pouvoir gérer les interfaces et le positionnement des articles directement via le back office pour que cela se mette en application sur le POS

  9. We are starting to work with the handhelds, but I get complaints from the operation about when you want to order a new round at an exiting table. The thing is that when you have put in the order and want to read the order back, you see all the previous ordered items as well. There should be a screen in between with only the items that you ordered at that moment. Can you fix this?

  10. The layouts of the bills and orders only gives you the option to add a log. You should be able to efine the layout beter, eg Define header and what you see, define footer, etc

  13. Allow the waitstaff to see, on each table of the floor plan, the courses to follow. For example, in the case of a 3-course menu, it would display 1/3 if the table has only received the appetizer

  17. Wenn ein Gast vom Zimmer aus per QR Code bestellt, bekommen wir den "einen
    Beep am S007" nicht mit!
    Wenn dann sehen wir nur aus Zufall, dass wir eine Roomservice Bestellung haben, wenn wir AKTIV alle 30 Min auf das S700 schauen.

    Das kann aber nicht die Lösung sein! Wir bitten die Entwickler nach einer Lösung zu suchen, z. B.
    - Automatischer Bon Druck bei Eingang einer digitalen Bestellung
    - Alternativ Automatische Email bei Bestellung

    Wir empfinden dies als ein sehr dringendes Problem, zu dem es eine schnelle technische Lösung braucht!

  18. Es sollten von allen Gästen, auch den Mitreisenden, die Ernährungsanforderungen bzw. Allergien in den verknüpften Programmen erscheinen (Aleno). Für den Anfang wäre eine komplette Liste auch schon gut. Aber aktuell gibt es nur den Bucher/Hauptgast mit den Allergien.

  19. Hi everyone,

    I’d like to propose a feature that I believe would benefit many of us managing teams in Mews.

    At the moment, it’s only possible to check worked hours per employee per day by opening each employee profile individually (and only via the app). This makes payroll processing quite time-consuming.

    Suggested improvement:A centralized monthly report that shows, for all employees:

    Hours worked per day

    Worked days overview

    Total hours worked per employee per month

    Having this in one clear report would significantly streamline payroll administration and reduce manual work.

  20. Currently, when creating a purchase order in Mews POS, I can select a supplier, but all purchasable products remain available for selection regardless of the chosen supplier.

    This creates inefficiencies and increases the risk of ordering incorrect items. Ideally, it should be possible to associate products with specific suppliers and automatically filter the product list based on the selected supplier during order creation.

    Suggested improvement:

    Allow products to be linked to one or multiple suppliers.
    When creating a purchase order, display only the products associated with the selected supplier.
