  2. When a restaurant client requests for the bill, it is not possible to get a pro forma invoice; only the order summary is available to be printed for the client.

    It is also not possible to group items or remove the 'Platos' either on the order summary. This is not ideal at all since it is confusing for the customers to review their bills. It also makes that, many times, printed tickets are absurdly long.

  3. Les paiements en espèces dans MEWS POS doivent pouvoir impacter (si le choix est fait) la caisse de MEWS PMS. Ainsi, pour les établissements avec une seule caisse physique, tous les paiements MEWS PMS et POS arrivent au même endroit et permettent un contrôle de caisse facilité. Chaque jour, je suis obligé de créer un ajustement dans la caisse PMS du montant encaissé sur MEWS POS afin d'avoir une caisse correcte.

  4. Außerdem ist der Küchen-Bon viel zu groß und das Wort zum Mittnehmen an falscher stelle. Jeder Koch guckt Automatisch auf die Gerichte. Es wäre sinnvoller das als letztes auf den Bon oder noch besser direkt vor der Speisenauflistung stehen.

    Uns ist auch aufgefallen, wenn wir die Schriftgröße auf den Handys ändern wird der Küchenbon auch größer. Was sooo schon viel zu groß ist. Auf den Thermodrucker im Service bleibt dieser jedoch gleich.
    Vielleicht findet man hier eine Einstellungsmöglichkeit was überhaupt auf den Bon soll.

  6. We would appreciate being able to export sales data that includes modifiers. Currently the data is there as I can see it when opening a single invoice record, but there is no way to pull it out en masse and statistically analyze it. Just a column in the csv export would be sufficient.

  7. Aktuell gibt es ja bereits die Modifikatoren Funktion. Diese muss allerdings immer verpflichtend aus- oder abgewählt werden. Wenn z.B. Ernährungswünsche wie "Glutenfrei" oder "Laktosefrei" gewünscht sind ist ein Modifikator nicht sinnvoll. Hiefür wären eine Art vorgefertigte "Hinweis-Vorschläge" hilfreich, um diese häufig auftretenden Hinweise nicht immer über die Tastatur eintippen zu müssen.

  8. Aktuell gibt es die Möglichkeit einen Schwellenwert zu hinterlegen. Es wäre sehr Hilfreich wenn es 2 oder mehr Schwellenwerte geben würde um nochmal eine weitere Unterscheidung zwischen Kleinstbeträgen und mittelgroßen Beträgen zu haben.

  9. Right now the reports that can be downloaded merge the same product, providing a cumulated sum of the quantities sold.
    It could be very helpful to see every product's transaction/sale so i can have a clear idea on how it periodically perform and what's the trend. Right now i cannot achieve this. I'd need to download a very granual report (daily, hourly) and do this for all the timeframe i'm interested in, which is unfeasible.

  10. We would like to see in POS if the guest has pre-authorized credit card on room - so the guest can set food & beverage on his room bill.

  11. Be able to create a discount with a limit per month or day (or other time lag). And autoreset the discount at the end of the time lag/month.

  12. Currently there is a field called "Auto printer mode" which allows to select the number of tickets to be printed for each order. But this field does not work for production printers, only for receipt and cash drawer printers) and the only solution is to attach a printer several times to an outlet if an order ticket should be printed several times. This means reentering the printer definition (IP address, model, etc.) several times, as there is no way to simply duplicate a printer with a button. Why not adding a field in the printer definition which specifies how many…

  13. Einen Rabatt auf ein einzelnes Produkt hinzuzufügen ist mit der Funktion "Rabatt" nicht möglich. Jedes Mal das Produkt zu bearbeiten um einen Rabatt hinzuzufügen ist sehr umständlich für unsere Servicemitarbeiter. Ich bitte daher um eine schnelle und eimfachere Handhabung für diesen Fall.

  15. The possibility of changing the design of the reciepts for the guests would be much appreciated. At least just the top picture, which by now just is an extract from a google maps-like overview of the area. This does not look very professional - the company logo, for instance, would be much more applicable.
    Also, as others have mentioned, it would be much more professional is the products in the bundles could not be shown by default, as I don't think this necessarily is relevant info for the guests. Especially not if the bundle is made up by split products…

  16. Currently the paiement methods appear in alphabetical order, and there is no way to influence the place of the payment method. If we want to see the most frequently used payment methods at the beginning, and avoid scrolling, there is no way to influence the order. A nice feature would be to determine in which order they appear. For example: room transfer, credit card, cash, prepayment, etc.

  17. Il serait impératif de mettre en place le système de réclame directement sur le produit. A l'heure actuelle il est nécessaire de créer un Bundle avec un produit pour lui attribuer une réclame par défaut. Pouvez vous mettre en place le système de réclame directement sur les produits, cela éviterait un bon nombre d'erreur et de doublons lors d'un service. Cela permet aussi de communiquer directement la bonne information à la cuisine.

  18. Bonjour, serait il possible de faire en sorte que lorsque une modification est réalisée sur le back office celle ci se synchronise automatiquement sur le POS. Il serait aussi super de pouvoir gérer les interfaces et le positionnement des articles directement via le back office pour que cela se mette en application sur le POS
