  1. Display accounting report by day/week/month/etc.. Currently, when selecting a time period, the report shows all revenue posted in that time as totals per category. If you want to find data on a day by day, or month by month, etc., you have to set the filters up separately each time.

  2. Op dit moment kunnen producten in de boekingsmodule alleen toegevoegd worden door de gast, op de wijze waarop het product toegevoegd is in Mews operations. Dat betekent wanneer in Mews operations aangegeven staat dat het product 'eenmalig' geboekt wordt, de gast deze niet vaker dan een keer kan bijboeken in de boekingsmodule. Dat is jammer van de omzet en levert herwerk op: de meeste gasten komen met z'n tweeën en willen het product dan vaker dan een keer toevoegen.

  3. Rate Key Requirement:
    It is not possible to leave the rate key field empty, limiting flexibility. We are currently doing a big migration/restructure project and cannot yet delete the old rates but need to wipe the keys in order to reuse them.

    Navigation Limitation:
    Unable to use Command+Click to open a rate in a new tab, which impacts multitasking efficiency.

    Voucher Code Search:
    Searching for voucher codes is harder. Additionally:

    If working on a public voucher setting, after making a change, all filters reset quickly to default, and we need to filter again to public/private.

  4. It would be helpful if we can select the specific room types we need to assign to a specific rate plan. Currently, we just need to add more restrictions if a room type cannot be sold under a rate plan.

  5. As we also write important information for the check out in the comments, it would be useful if these were also always automatically displayed in the check out report. Currently you have to select them in the filter/options. With every action, however, the selection is always canceled and must be selected again.

  6. When you put in a rate in Availability block the product rule that you have made should for the rate should follow. If I make a Availability block today and put in a rate the product rule for that rate doesn´t follow and I need to make a new product rule for every new block I do.

  8. Currently, the option to print a reservation report isn't very useful because it tries to print too many columns and it doesn't display the information very well. It would be great to be able to fully customize the columns in the reservation report and then have a better option to print the report. My team likes to print the reservation report daily, but they don't need all of the default columns that are included in the report when you try and print it. I know you can export the report to excel and edit the columns there, but that isn't…

  9. Create an automatic scheduled Reservation Report-link with specific filter on default. Just like the scheduled reports that we have today, but that we only receive an link / URL directly to the list in Mews. Also in a security perspective - that we don't have our guest's name sent to our emails everyday with all the booking information. It would be more secure to receive a link so you need to actually log in to Mews to have all the data.

    It is so much easier to handle the Reservation List directly in Mews, than operate with PDF.list's.

  10. A filter on allocated spaces to housekeeping, that filter out already assigned spaces. With the one we have now, you can assign the same room to more employeed by a mistake.

It is not currently possible in Mews to configure the system so that guest profiles automatically reflect any outstanding balance from their associated company profile—for example, by showing an alert or open amount in the guest profile whenever the company has unpaid invoices. There is no built-in, automated sync that shows company-level debts or outstanding balances at the guest profile level in the current version of Mews.

  13. Il serait très utile de pouvoir filtrer plus précisément le journal d’activité (Action Log) dans MEWS, afin d’améliorer le suivi et la traçabilité des actions.   14. It would be great if it is possible to change the owner of the group reservation in one time/ click of all rooms connected to the group reservation.
    At the moment it's only possible to change this per room, instead of all rooms in one.
    It would be great if it could be done the same way as that you can change the booker of the reservation.
    This would make it a lot easier for us when the contact person of the group reservation changes.

  15. When a group booking is optional, costs are 0. This way we don't know how many revenue a group is holding. We'd like to see a tentative saldo and a definite saldo. So if a group still needs to be confirmed, we still want to see the costs involved.

  16. Ich fände es hilfreich, wenn über der Datumsleister auch eine Angabe der Kalenderwoche wäre.
    Auch beim Anlegen einer Buchung, wenn das Feld mit den Datumsangaben kommt, wäre es gut, wenn in klein und grau die KW daneben stünde.

  18. Da die Rechnungen bei der Zahlungsmethode Überweisung auch auf Saldo"0" ausgestellt werden, rufen mich die Gäste an, ob die Rechnung bereits beglichen wurde. Zahlungsmethode "Überweisung" ist sehr klein geschrieben. Es wäre gut, wenn auf der Rechnung steht: Bitte überweisen Sie den Betrag bis zum..... . Das Saldo "0" kann weggelassen werden.

  19. I want a report that I can export to excel that includes the original booking dates to the reservation. The reservation report shows only the check in and check out dates. Usually they are the same as the original dates but not always.

  20. We are a small property, and thus our members have several different jobs. We would like some of our staff to be able to view customer info, or view the timeline, without necessarily having access to "creating or managing" customers and companies. Viewing the information (especially the ability to see the timeline) should be separate from the ability to add or modify anything
