    Nous avons beaucoup de compagnies qui chargent à leur compte client et qui paient à chaque mois. Je dois leur envoyer un état de compte à chaque fin de mois, mais présentement en exportant la balance des débiteurs, le visuel n'est pas professionnel et n'est pas à l'image de notre entreprise. J'ai dû créer un template Excel afin d'y copier les données. Avec Hotello, mes états de comptes étaient clairs et je pouvais les envoyer tels quels.
    Ma suggestion serait d'ajouter l'option d'une exportation en PDF par compagnie avec le logo de notre entreprise, et d'y ajouter les dates…

  2. Use case:
    We want to offer a last-minute rate in our web booking engine to increase and stimulate a last-minute pickup. This rate should ONLY display for dates that fall between a maximum advance period of 7 days.

    Existing restrictions can be set up to affect the arrival date, however cannot limit the departure date. (rate-specific)

    It would be useful to have this option within the restriction options.

    Work-around:
    To achieve the above scenario, is only possible using maximum advance and maximum length restrictions for each night individually. In our case we want to offer a last-minute rate maximum 7…

    Whenever we there is an event in the area (like London Pride) or we have some building work done, we send guests emails to warn them about this. We then use one of mews classifications to mark the guests that received the emails, so we know at a glance on timeline who knows and who doesn’t!

  6. The week snap shot is helpful. However, I would like our team to always know where occupancy is sitting for the current month. It would be great to have a coloured doughnut on MEW dashboard visible at all times.

  7. Maintenace - all columns in TASKS are Sortable = Dropdown menu
    Could you enable column sorting (e.g., by "Name,")? This would help us organize tasks, such as sorting hotel rooms in ascending or descending order.
    Would appreciate your feedback on possible solutions. Our previous sytem had this and we m,iss this feature a lot.

  8. We would like a function where we could download a PDF confirmation letter for guests that are a part of a group block that doesn't have any links or anything in it. Just simply information about their stay: name, date of arrival/departure, room category, rate etc.

  9. Mews should accurately allocate the price across different age categories. For instance, if a reservation includes products with child pricing, Mews should distribute the total cost based on child pricing and not just equally. For example, if the total price is 67.5 and the reservation has 2 adults and 1 child, the distribution should be 27 (adult price) multiplied by 2 (adults) and 13.5 (child price) multiplied by 1 (child).

  10. For hotels with the "receivable tracking" not enabled, It would be nice to consider removing the Overdue Label for past issued invoices in the Mews Search Bar. The label does not show anywhere other than the search bar.

    There is no way to act on it, but seeing it leaves the impression that the users must act on it.

  11. Op dit moment kunnen producten in de boekingsmodule alleen toegevoegd worden door de gast, op de wijze waarop het product toegevoegd is in Mews operations. Dat betekent wanneer in Mews operations aangegeven staat dat het product 'eenmalig' geboekt wordt, de gast deze niet vaker dan een keer kan bijboeken in de boekingsmodule. Dat is jammer van de omzet en levert herwerk op: de meeste gasten komen met z'n tweeën en willen het product dan vaker dan een keer toevoegen.

  12. Rate Key Requirement:
    It is not possible to leave the rate key field empty, limiting flexibility. We are currently doing a big migration/restructure project and cannot yet delete the old rates but need to wipe the keys in order to reuse them.

    Navigation Limitation:
    Unable to use Command+Click to open a rate in a new tab, which impacts multitasking efficiency.

    Voucher Code Search:
    Searching for voucher codes is harder. Additionally:

    If working on a public voucher setting, after making a change, all filters reset quickly to default, and we need to filter again to public/private.

  13. It would be helpful if we can select the specific room types we need to assign to a specific rate plan. Currently, we just need to add more restrictions if a room type cannot be sold under a rate plan.

  14. As we also write important information for the check out in the comments, it would be useful if these were also always automatically displayed in the check out report. Currently you have to select them in the filter/options. With every action, however, the selection is always canceled and must be selected again.

It is not currently possible in Mews to configure the system so that guest profiles automatically reflect any outstanding balance from their associated company profile—for example, by showing an alert or open amount in the guest profile whenever the company has unpaid invoices. There is no built-in, automated sync that shows company-level debts or outstanding balances at the guest profile level in the current version of Mews.

  18. It would be great if it is possible to change the owner of the group reservation in one time/ click of all rooms connected to the group reservation.
    At the moment it's only possible to change this per room, instead of all rooms in one.
    It would be great if it could be done the same way as that you can change the booker of the reservation.
    This would make it a lot easier for us when the contact person of the group reservation changes.

  19. When a group booking is optional, costs are 0. This way we don't know how many revenue a group is holding. We'd like to see a tentative saldo and a definite saldo. So if a group still needs to be confirmed, we still want to see the costs involved.

  20. Ich fände es hilfreich, wenn über der Datumsleister auch eine Angabe der Kalenderwoche wäre.
    Auch beim Anlegen einer Buchung, wenn das Feld mit den Datumsangaben kommt, wäre es gut, wenn in klein und grau die KW daneben stünde.
