Upsell Report that shows original and new rate
Properties would like to have an Upsell Report that shows when a room is upsold and if there was incremental revenue or change of rate. Would like to see original rate and new rate on the report. Front Desk has incentive programs based upon number of Upsell and would like to be able to track this in Mews by User.

Date on the billing screen
The billing screen does not show the dates on additional services postings, I have to click on preview all the time, and it's not clear when the guest stays long time to dispatch bills

Commander add the possibility of typing totals for services
The commander allows to post items with prices on the guest bills however it does not allow to add variable products. For us this would be a great feature as the PMS does not have a connection to the POS and the bar team could immediately add to guest rooms their bills.

Extra / empty bed relative adjustment
It would be great if we can set a relative adjustment for a period and not set for the complete system. Meaning rates of 2022 and 2023 are different, meaning a different relative adjustment. However, I now have to adjust it manually in the booking as this feature is not there.

Detailed Manager Report
It would be better if the manager report could be displayed with overall or detailed information. Not only the product group, but also the individual products. For example, not only Logis, but also the parking space and room upgrades.

Auto responses for frequently asked questions within customer portal. Hotel to be able to customise own responses i.e what time can we check in? Do you have parking?

Make all companies by default invoiceable
could you please make it a default setting that every company is invoiceable and we should only tick in case they are not.
also, put a generic invoice due interval in the property main settings so that it defaults to this period and only if you wish to change it from the standard setting should you have to amend it in the company setting.

Interactive Training on MEWS University
While going through the MEWS University it would be EXTREMELY beneficial to allow us to get involved and interact by moving our mouse pad etc.. rather than just watching and listening. Maybe a more personal training experience where the persons voice asks us to move our mouse pads over a certain area and select options etc..

Minimum Price for Space Categories
Currently, it's unfortunately not possible to set a minimum price for a space / room category.
However, this would be very helpful if you have a set of rates that derive its price from another rate (called "base rate" in Mews).
Let's look at the following example: To create better long-stay rates, I created 16 rates. For every two days a guest stays longer, the guest will receive a (small) discount for the whole stay.
So, the rate is always derived from another (base) rate. I would like to be able to set a minimum price on a space category…

Add Space Category to Rates
Add a multiple select option for Space Categories inside rate set-up.
I don't necessarily want all space categories sold on every rate that is set-up. It would be ideal if I could select the applicable space category inside the rate rather than having to "always" apply multiple restriction across many rates and room types, this has potential of creating hundreds of restrictions (10 rates/10 spaces).

Manager report including and excluding optional rooms
Currently you can setup the Manager report with status Confirmed, Optional, Inquired. It would be great if you would be able to see the figures separately.
So two rows, one for the confirmed rooms and one for the optional rooms. As now you need two reports to get an in-depth overview.8 votesHello from the Mews product team. split out of order blocks
it would save a lot of time if the yellow out of order blocks could be split instead of us having to shorten them and create a new one for the other half when we only need to open up a room for a certain date.

Increase Resource Assignment Limit
As we expand the capabilities of Space-Time on a frequent basis the use cases for it's usage grow. The current quota (or limit) of occupants that one can cap a Resource (Space) at is 100. This is not sufficient especially for properties offering Meeting and Events packages or using a Space for an event. There should be the capability to increase this further 100 occupants.

Show rates and products in commander App
I would be helpful, if the housekeeping could see stay products which could for example be a fruit basket or pralines in the room.

Pricing whole year at once
it would be really practical if we were able to set pricing/rates for the whole year instead of having to select a period of only a few weeks. Would save a lot of time.

Define different prices in products for adults & kids
good example to state my feature request:
Some of our hotels offer breakfast as optional service. The customers add it when placing a reservation in the booking engine. The "breakfast during your stay" product is calculating the amount of persons and the amount of nights. We have the correct information that the booking is placed with 2 adults and 1 kid. The price of the breakfast for a kid is cheaper, so it could be interesting if you can add two prices in one product: a price for an adult and a price for a kid.

Mouvementliste / Zimmerliste
Mit Eurem Report "Guest-In-House" hab ich leider ziemlich Zeitaufwand, da ich für unsere Etagenfrauen alles manuell ankreuzen muss, welche Zimmer zu reinigen sind und für den Frühstücksservice ankreuzen muss, welche Gäste abreisen oder inhouse Frühstücken kommen, da dieser Report die Zimmer durchmischt nach An-Abreise und Bleibende aufgeführt.
Uebersichtlicher wäre ein Report wo alle Anreisen, alle Abreisen und alle Bleibenden Gäste auf einem Report unterteilt aufgeführt sind, so wie ich das von base7 kenne. Ich bin überrascht, das so ein Report bei Mews nicht existiert und das erschwert uns erheblich das Arbeiten!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!2 votesHello from the Mews product team,
