Automatically send guest bills via email
Introduce automatic sending of bills upon closing.
if you have online check-out enabled, guests receive the copy of their bill to their mailbox right after they finish online check-out. (they receive only copy of the bill which was closed by guest during the online. check-out.).
Other bills closed via Commander are not being sent automatically to the guest yet.

Hi We are in the process of changing our PMS to MEWS and for that reason I started a project with some of our hotels to find potential. One of the issues that the hotels mentioned was this topic. This task is very time consuming and there is a big advantage if bills could be sent automatically to the email connected to the customer profile when they pay by credit card on site. I understand the issue that not all customers should get the bill but I believe this should be possible to solve in MEWS. For example: If a customer has booked through an OTA or other travel agent then this functionality should be disabled (in the same way you that the option not invoiceable disables the button Invoice). Another possible solution could be that there will only be automatically sent bills when the credit card attached to the customer profile is applied (not merchant card or other external cards).

This would make life so much easier for us. We get requests for closed bills all the time. If we can get it automated, that would be perfect.

We get so many requests for closed bills, that it would be easier if every closed bill would be sent automatically to all guests when they leave.
