I totally agree, it is not useful with the hardcoded ones and I doubt any Hotel uses it. It would be very useful if you could create your own or use the hard coded ones but then create your own names next to them.

This does not make sense to see other departures tasks. If you work in maintanence you only want to see that. A receptionist have to be able to put in maintanence task but they do not want to be reminded on the dashboard about this, seeing it as missed task just because the maintanence have not had time to fix it yet.
So since this is not possible it makes the function on the dashboard confusing or useless and we have to instead use an excel document.Danielle Wallander

Hi, I think the opposite, on the dashboard I want to see only the tasks for the department I belong to. When I press the donut I can see the future task if I wish to do so but today as for ex the receptionists todays tasks are most important.

I would think this would be helpful for a lot of propertie, to have the choice to do this. As Lorenzo write, every other PMS has this as an option. It does create a lot of problems to have it mixed as it is.
If we have 200 rooms and they are all mixed in order - it is a mess

Dont see a reason for this not to be done, every guest wants an invoice. Every other service provides you with a proper invoice after purchase. Please make this happen

I see that this is "idea to upvote" in dec 2021, however March 2025 nothing has been done, how does it work?
To constantly having to manually select the days vs the system picking up on todays date (as in the product reports) and then for ex 14 days forward or 30 days forward is a lot of manual clicks and makes the custom links take longer to use than if you would just look for everything again. Could there please be a change in this? :)

Hi everyone, we know this idea was logged a long time ago and we thank you for the feedback and ideas about how to improve the system. We do keep an eye on these requests and how they're progressing and we recognise we have room to improve in terms of providing feedback.
This idea has become a large group of different requests, so I want to clarify the intention and progress related to this. Please do reply and comment as necessary.
We have previously made progress towards a big part of the original intent of this idea by introducing a 'Check in form' configuration in Mews Operations. You can find more details on this in our help guides here. We are not yet marking this as complete until we deliver some further enhancements to which guests the data can be configured for. We plan to share more on this…

This is a must please.
It needs to be clear to the guest how much each night costs.
If one night is 1000 SEK and the other is 3000 SEK and the guest cancel one night, suddenly the charge in creates dramatically so the guest needs to be aware of that.Danielle Wallander

Every Hotel in Sweden has breakfast included (as many across the world).
If a guest is staying 4 nights with 4 different rates for each night then the guest would like to have that on the receipt not just a total amount.
However, since we need to hide the breakfast split this is not possible and then we have guests who are unsatisfied with the receipt.

This past week we had to put half our Hotel OOO Mon-Thur for 4 weeks because of a roadwork next to the Hotel. It took my staff 4h to do this because you manually also have to change each reservation to make sure the space is empty before doing it. This does not make sense, the staff want to chat with the guests not spend 4h to put rooms OOO one by one.. This was reported 2018, a comment from admin 2022. I voted for it in Januari 2025. Please make this a priority. It seems so silly to have to do this one by one.
There is not one Hotel that is having Mews that would NOT like this to work. Please look at these comments below from everyone. For big Hotels this is important.
