  1. A Check Box next to Room Status so we can just select all the rooms we want and then set the rooms to "checked."

  2. Adding this to the API will ensure that the correct name will be added in the invoice when we close the bills automatically.
    It will allow us to be more efficient, avoid changes and manual work.

  3. It would be great to send payment links to the companies instead of the "normal" invoices. That would make the payment process faster and a lot of companies pay by credit card.

  4. Currently, the availability block creation flow in Mews does not include a segment field. While adding a segment field could improve categorization and reporting, properties should have the flexibility to configure this field as either mandatory or optional based on their operational needs.

    For properties that rely heavily on segment-based reporting, making the field mandatory ensures consistency and better data quality. However, for others, the additional step might complicate workflows, especially since reservations often need to be updated manually after creation.

    Suggestion: Introduce a configurable setting that allows properties to decide whether the segment field should be mandatory or optional…

  5. Please make the arrow by the FAMC rooms as open as default, for easy access and less time consuming and to avoid errors. to have to click on the arrow to open the view is an issue in stressful times for hsk.

  6. The ‘completed’ and ‘future’ tasks have the same colour scheme in the app. This is complete nonsense in terms of meaning.
    There should urgently be a third colour for the 3 statuses.

  7. Following an update, the character limit for the name of a rate has been lowered to 70 characters, which is too short in relation to our rate nomenclature.
    It should be increased again so that we can continue to have clear rate classification for our teams and avoid all the work of re-naming our rate policy, which is substantial on our side (e.g. 150 characters).

  8. Even though you can manually move future bookings to a separate bill it would be really useful if Mews did this automatically. It sometimes gets missed by reception and charged by mistake.

  9. Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn in der Debitorenverwaltung ( City Ledger ) die direkte Möglichkeit wäre, eine Zahlungserinnerung per Mail zu senden.

  10. Ideally, in the ledgers, we could pay several bills at once . Currently, we can only process one bill at a time. So if I have a cheque for a company that covers 8 bills, I need to do them one by one.

  11. It would be great to have an option to view all past billings that are at €0.00 and do not yet have an issued invoice (i.e., the payment has not been closed), as well as a report showing all past reservations that still have postings on it and have not been charged at all.

  12. We need to refine the filtering of the accounting ledger to display only entries that have already occurred, and excluding those that are scheduled for the future. To prevent entries labeled 'to be resolved' from appearing until after all items on a reservation have been completed. For instance, a reservation in our system is todasy 29.feb marked 'to be resolved,' but the guest will not check out until March 6th. We cannot send the invoice before after the guest has left the hotel..

  13. First of all, the app works great for us. But please make it possible to set a default on own preferences. As an example. We would like to see the tasks always on date type: 'deadline'. But the app shows it standard on 'created'.

  14. With a receivable tracking feature in use we had a trackable payment line visible at the PM, to follow how many invoices wasn´t paid as well as the amount of each one, all in one page. This week the feature was removed without proper advices and now we did not found a way to have similar info on screen. Instead to become easier it is now worst. We have a case opened asking for help.

    In case you will not allow to use this receivable tracking feature anymore, is it possible to include a column on dashboard tab to include…

  15. It would be very helpful if you could put an extra column in the accounting ledger what the status is of this reservation. Every booking has the unresolved status even if they are still checked in. We would like to see if a booking is "past"before you click on it. Or only the reservations which are in the past have the unresolved status. Now we have a big list of reservations we have to click on first to see if it is in the past to close the bill.

  16. Payments added to a group's bill are added under 1 room of the group instead of at the bottom of the bill. This creates confusion because it looks as if there were no payments received. However the cost of the room is shown as a negative amount.

  17. The company profile dashboard currently has some bills and invoices belonging to the company.

    However, the organization of this is not quite easy to navigate around as someone would have to remember the bill numbers in order to find bills here. Instead, it would be great if there was a way to sort the bills by due date or closed dates. etc

  18. Keep the old system in the app where tags like "departing" is always showing on the rooms. This way you don't have to use the filter.

  19. Moving unpaid items from one bill A to another bill/ customer bill B is often not possible. We have to add a new bill C, and move bill A and B to bill C and end up with lots of empty bills that can not be deleted.

    Empty bills should always be deleted automatically after moving the items.

  20. After adding a product to an open bill, you should be able to edit the amount introduced in the bill instead of adding another line with the same product in negative. It is confusing for everyone, especially because the bill could have dozens of lines due to that fact.
    The same happens to Rebates. You should be able to rebate 1 item from a purchase of 5 units of the same item.
