Property Operations and PMS: this is the forum for posting your ideas and comments on all aspects of hotel operations, from reservations to events to metrics and reports. You'll find a category here for each of the major topics in property management, and if you can't find the right category, please search or post to the Other category. Where we can, we'll move ideas around to group them as intuitively as possible for the product managers working on the PMS.

  9. The Mews guests in house report is an extremely useful tool to check all customer data for guests that are currently in house. This snapshot of customer data can help managers quickly gather important details, although some additional fields could be helpful for guest analysis as well. For example, customer classifications and customer nationality details could both provide further valuable insight for quick data analysis of customers.

  20. Bill headers and footers are customized by many properties to include promotions, terms of stay, or other very important information. However, as these fields are currently not translatable, they may not always be available in the user's desired language. Adding translation an option for these fields could help properties ensure that these important details are visible and legible for all guests, regardless of preferred language.
