Dear Mews forum managers,
I've been on the forum for a while now and have a few suggestions for improvements.
It would be nice if:
*the results could be filtered according to completed, rejected, open. at the moment you have to fight your way through various articles that make no sense to read
*if you could also filter the search, e.g. all words must be included etc.
*if your entries were moderated so that similar ideas were grouped together
*if there was feedback on entries that have really received a lot of votes and yet are obviously not implemented

Guest to Product association
As a property that hosts guests for long stays, it is important to know what guest is associated with what product.
When a product is charged (1x) and consumed by one person and two people are on a reservation, there is no way to determine what guest is associated with what product. This gets more complicated the more products purchased that are for single consumption.

Improve dynamic charging mode of a stay product
When choosing Charging "Once" and then Consumed at either "Reservation end" or "Reservation start" on a stay produkt, you shouldn't be required to enter date and time when adding the item to a reservation.
I.e. "Late check out" would be set as "Once", and when adding it to a reservation you choose Count (no. of hours) and it would automatically be posted on the check out date.2 votes -
Create an automated task based on a product trigger
If a guest books a specific product such a pet, the task will be automatically created for the HSK team to insert a dog bed in the room.
If the guest books a champagne/wine on arrival, an automated task will be created for RS to prep the champaign and bring to the room9 votes -
Exact Search Filter (Global Search)
When using the search bar for reservation 123 Mews often displays too many results as it includes anything with 1 , 2 , or 3. Recently had to search for confirmation 61 and the list of matching results was too long. Should be able to filter exact search therefore returns one match as the reservation is a unique number.

Demo Top Banner Color
Have you been scared you did a manipulation on production instead of demo? Especially when you started with Mews and everything you looked at was new to your eye? It happened to me a lot, and I thought the blue demo logo maybe isnt big enough... actually if the entire top banner was blue it would be so much easier to identify and remove all doubts about which environment we're working on (for us and for hotels too)!

Search bar in Check Out Report screen
It would be awesome and time saving to have a search bar in the check out report screen - instead of having to ctrl + F to find reservation here as this screen is amazing to use for checkouts and being able to see the bill balance but alas without a search bar its not 100% of the way there.

Add "send marketing postal mail" to import
Make the "send marketing postal mail" option available alongside "send marketing emails" in the mews import file.
Many hotels – including ours – are treating e-mail opt-in differently from postal opt-in and would like to import their customer information accordingly.

It would be helpful if the search bar could also detect words or numbers that are written in the notes of a product.

Make product option 'offer to employee' visible in overview
In the overview of all the products we have in the additional and bookable services, I really miss a column that shows which products are visible for employees. Or a possibility to filter those products only.
Now I have to either enter each product to see if the option is selected or open a second screen as an employee to see what is visible.2 votes -

Often returning clients make sometimes the same booking for different dates. It would be great to have an option to copy a reservation to another date to make the reservation process quicker.

Create a Reservation with Product Bug
If you add a new reservation with a product . Firstly i add it with the Drop Down Product. Then mews adds the product price to the room rate in the editable field and below in the grey total amount. when i now edit the room rate it shows a second field with adtional product but my added product isnt shown the new rate is added with the local tay the right total amount. and now the bug comes when i now confirm the booking the additional product in may case a dog fee gets added. Choose specific products for settlement
Add ability to choose which specific products are included in the automatic settlement to avoid charging unwanted products, for example, city tax when handled through products

Mail - Language selected manually
When you send an email and you manually select the language, the Preview in the mail queue should mention that this language was selected manually and did not follow the usual logic
