Multiple UserType and UserGroup in the Json data of key cutter integration
Being able to have multiple UserTypes and UserGroups would allow us to add common doors on rooms that require it. Right now only one of each is allowed per key cutter resulting in guests needing assistance to check in vs kiosk

Add a "Marketplace" section on the main dashboard
so that one does not have to click twice to get there (Main Menu -> marketplace).

New reservation at the top
At the moment, when you look at the reservations on the Dashboard, the oldest bookings is displays in the top.
It would be nice, if the newest bookings was showing at the top instead

Display upcoming reservations on the dashboard
Display future reservations on the dashboard in the reservations block. Currently you have to run a report choosing the booking date to find the next reservation. It would be very helpful to see who's coming next, even if it's in a few days.

able to change font to bold in tasks
it would be good if certain words or phrases could be highlighted in a task or made to bold font so that it stands out in the message.
Especially important as tasks can not be linked to an arrival or departure date or set up as a recurring task (i.e. every week on a monday)1 voteHello from the Mews product team,

Be able to assign a room on a timeline even if the other room didnt checkout
If the arrival time is before the departure time we still want to be able to assign the same room

It is unlikely that we will permit the ability to check more than one reservation in a room at one time as this action would be prone to inconsistent reporting in Mews as well as your distribution channels.

Lost state for blocks
it would be valuable for sales teams to know the difference between deals cancelled by guests, and deals lost due to bad proposal, or lost because the guest went to another property.
