  3. Als Hotel wir bräuchten ein option die Gutschein zu erstellen und lösen in Mews wie in Inkentoo System Kassen. Sehr wichtig für die Buchaltung

    As a hotel we would need an option to create the voucher and solve it in Mews as in Inkentoo system cash registers. Very important for accounting

  4. As promised here is the video with the 2 issues that our reception team will be delighted with if they are improved :)

    The first one: when creating invoices, see timecode 1:17, Pam needs to highlight and copy the booking reference number from that booking on the dashboard tab for that booking, she then needs to go to the billing tab and manually paste the number so then the invoice can be generated for the customer. Now imagine having to do this for every single booking every day. On friday she will need to do this over 120 times, this…

  6. Make the "send marketing postal mail" option available alongside "send marketing emails" in the mews import file.

    Many hotels – including ours – are treating e-mail opt-in differently from postal opt-in and would like to import their customer information accordingly.

  8. In the overview of all the products we have in the additional and bookable services, I really miss a column that shows which products are visible for employees. Or a possibility to filter those products only.
    Now I have to either enter each product to see if the option is selected or open a second screen as an employee to see what is visible.

  9. Due to New Zealands legal environment we cannot turn off the requirement for the details of every guest staying in a room when checking in via the kiosk.

    As you can imagine if a guest books a three bedroom ********* for her and the children she doesn't want to spend all the time required to fill in details for each of her children just to proceed with the check in. We as a property also do not require this.

    We no longer use kiosk for this reason as guests become too frustrated.

  10. If you add a new reservation with a product . Firstly i add it with the Drop Down Product. Then mews adds the product price to the room rate in the editable field and below in the grey total amount. when i now edit the room rate it shows a second field with adtional product but my added product isnt shown the new rate is added with the local tay the right total amount. and now the bug comes when i now confirm the booking the additional product in may case a dog fee gets added.   14. Enhance the booking engine to intelligently display add-on products based on the inclusions of the selected rate. Specifically, prevent the display of the breakfast add-on when the chosen rate already includes breakfast.

    Background:
    Currently, our booking engine is configured to offer both rates including anf excluding breakfast, allowing guests to add breakfast as an optional extra if it is not included.   19. Since the new update a chat icon for mews support has been added in the left corner. With the computers in our hotel we can´t change resolutions which causes issues as the icon is blocking some of the tasks in reservation. Is there a possibilty to disable this icon per account or move it slightly?
