Allow a free text 'notes' section in the emails sent to the guests. This is to have a more personalised communication and add details such as information about the driver if the bookings includes a transfer or to confirm that a specific request/preference from the guest has been recorded (for example: request for a room with a view, acknowledgment of a food allergy, etc.)

We've made some exciting progress in how we're thinking about introducing multiple rates within a single reservation, and we need your help!
We’d love to understand your expectations regarding the behavior around rate mixing. Right now, we’re especially looking for insights from two key roles:
- Reservation managers / front desk staff who handle reservations daily
- Revenue managers

This is also a legal requirement in Italy to report to the police on all guests staying in house. Without having the option to add companions only on specific dates, this legal requirement cannot be fulfilled.

Dear Mews Customers,
I have a fresh update from our development.
Solution for parking, office and meeting room management has been live and helping hundreds of Mews customers diversify their revenues for quite some time.
With the recent release of hourly reservations (details here https://releases.mews.com/en/introducing-hourly-services-to-maximize-your-revenue-PuFPZIwq), we are making it even easier to manage these services.
In the coming months, the team will be focusing on improvements for long stays (pro-rata, precise reporting, flexible products & housekeeping intervals etc.)

Hi, this is only partially helpful as it does not show the breakdown of the products or the name of it.
For example, for a EUR 100 rate with a EUR 1 city tax product and a EUR 35 breakfast product, I would only see: Products +36.Ideally, I should see:
City Tax +1

We'll surface the cancellation & payment policies across the reservation domain in these areas:
- Reservation screen
- Reservation module across key tabs
- Availability blocks

Allowing to group the same products together on a bill would make it clearer for the guest. For example, if a guest stays for 15 days, his invoice will include 15 times the 'local tax' product making the invoice lengthy and not easy to read.
It would be better to simply display local tax x 15, for example.
It could maybe be set for specific products when configuring them.
